Dont use this website

I ordered two dresses as the website gave the impression you were ordering from a London supplier and offered full refunds within 30 days. It wasnt until the items werent received for 2 weeks I realised it was coming from abroad. same as all the other reviews, an absolute con, they offer a partial refund and you keep the items, which you dont want anyway. will be more careful next time.

Absolutely rubbish company

Absolutely rubbish company
Ordered a ladies top as a surprise for my wife.
Advertised as a luxury item with embroidered details.
Bought for £44.95 so not cheap!
After waiting almost 4 weeks for the delivery only after making many anxious e mails.
The top arrived. How disappointed we were, it was the cheapest material extremely poor quality manufacture.
The so called embroidery was printed onto the fabric.
I immediately contacted the agent describing the item, to be asked to send photos of the top so they could assess the quality so they do not even know what they are selling!!!
Asked for full refund.
To be told that it would cost me £25 to £30 to return the item. At that point they would calculate a refund.
But offered to refund 30% and keeping the item. After negotiating i excepted 40% only to draw a line under the whole episode.
I believe this is a scam don't use.
Buyer beware.

A SCAM….

A SCAM….. do not buy. They send goods which are nothing like the advertised clothes then state you have to post back to china (£20-30) or accept a partial refund.
They are making lots of money off everyone who does this as the goods they send cost pennies to make. The clothes are only fit for the dump.

SCAM

SCAM! I ordered a PURPLE dress and after a couple of weeks received an unpleasant BROWN poor quality crushed rag. After no response to my emails ( they have no direct way of doing a return) I did get a response via FB. Have been offered 20% refund but can keep the dress - only fit for washing the floor really. AVOID.

The goods an unimaginably worse than…

The goods an unimaginably worse than the photos. It was so different it is a Trading Standards issue. But it is not a UK company so no legal protection. It is a trick as the goods are sent from China and there is a £30-£40 return fee plus import costs. This means there is no returns process. I was so concerned this was a scan I had to cancel my credit card straight after I spoke to the bank.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE!

Ordered a jumpsuit from an Instagram advert and then immediately realised it was a Chinese scam .

No response to my emails asking to cancel and finally the ‘item’ arrived and not surprisingly it was a fleece jumper and the cheapest pair of black trousers I’ve ever seen with a thin plastic belt . Nether items were anything like the jumpsuit I ordered and the sizes were made for a small child (trousers) and a large man (jumper)

Tried to email once again and have been ignored so had to resort to my bank to investigate the fraudulent activity of this company .

I have seen reviews saying people have accepted a 30% discount . Please don’t accept these offers as all it does is enable these scammers to continue to steal money from innocent customers .

I will fight this until I have a full refund and the company is closed by trading standards.

Buyer beware - not the dress advertised

I have had a similar experience to a previous reviewer in that I ordered a dress from this company in the belief that I was dealing with a shop in Manchester. As soon as I placed the order and was given a delivery time of up to 10 working days, I realised that the dress was coming from China. It was at that point I checked the return policy and realised my mistake - should have checked these conditions before ordering. When the dress arrived it was apparent that this was a substandard copy of the dress advertised and so I emailed the company to request a return, which I knew from the website would be at my own cost. I received a very polite email asking for my reasons and at that point sent a photo of their advert and a photo of my dress and highlighted the differences. I had already checked the cost of return to China so when I was offered a 30% discount I accepted as the dress is wearable although not of the quality and elegance of the one advertised. There are also some very noticeable differences in the design. I would advise ‘Buyer beware’ of any company popping up on Facebook with a ‘London’ suffix to their website name and also to check the return policy before ordering. I have given two stars as the dress isn’t awful, just not the one advertised.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Having ordered a dress and an all in one, advertised as being in the sale, to celebrate the new opening of their Manchester shop.
I ordered a dress and an all in one, advertised as being carefully crafted with quality fabrics. Feeling excited by my purchase, I waited eagerly for my items to arrive
Initially, I received several impressive customer service emails from the company, advising that my parcel was on the way.
When my parcel finally arrived, upon opening the packages, which arrived direct from China, in grey plastic bags. Had I known that my order had been Redirected to China, I would never have purchased, as, in the past, I have had experienced very poor quality clothing from China, related to both quality and size
The dress and jump suit, according to Joanne & Teresa was originally priced at over £88. However, they were now being advertised as sale stock at just over half price. The dress, made in a flimsy Jersey type fabric was disappointing, however as I liked the style of the dress, I reluctantly decided to keep it. However, with the jump suit, that was a different story. The garment, made from a cheap polyester fabric which was both shapeless and ill fitting This, of course was rejected by myself.
After emailing Joanne & Teresa to share my concerns, I was asked to provide photographic evidence of the item. If they were familiar with their stock, as they clearly was not, they would not need a photo
This was done, but the response received was rather patronising. I was advised that it would be my financial responsibility to return the item to China (I didnt order from China)at cost of over £25. I was offered a 30% refund and advised that I could keep the garment.
I refused this offer as I did not want the item. I asked for a full refund and advised that I would be happy to return the garment to the new Manchester outlet.
I received a second offer amounting to 50% which was again refused. I reminded the company that they were advertising a 30 day money back garentee. I then received a final offer of 70% and advised that if a full refund was awarded, I would be fully responsible for the cost of return, to China.
The company do not state that they appear to be acting as 3rd party interlopers, as my order was processed in China.
Reluctantly,I have decided to accept this offer, with a view to not accessing this company again, nor recommening them to anyone considering purchasing from this company. I take this negative experience and as a lesson learned
