Bought 2 “suede”trench style coats! Only one came.. they we’re the worst quality garments I have seen and I pay d $100. No tags.. you can see through. And won’t let me return. I threw it away and took it as a lesson

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a company. Their return policy is extremely poor, and shipping took over 30 days. By the time my order finally arrived, the return window had already closed, leaving me no option to send the item back.

I attempted to contact customer service via the provided email address, but my messages bounced back multiple times. When I was finally able to get a response, I was told that I would need to pay additional fees just to exchange the product.

Based on this experience, I am very disappointed and would caution others before ordering. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible cheap clothing!!! Not like pictures tried to return!!! They responded once! I sent numerous messages there packed clothing dose not contain invoices or return instructions going in the garbage not even to goodwill!!!!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever made the mistake of buying something from. Unfortunately, I believed that they did give money back guarantee like their website says so I bought two dresses. There is no way to return anything or to reach anyone with the company to make a return you’re stuck with what you get so make sure you like it.

I ordered a dress and this is Chinese garbage. It took forever, and when it arrived, it was the wrong dress and they refuse to take it back and give me a refund.

It’s Chinese garbage fraudulent company showing reputable company adds on facebook and Instagram they sent me product totally different from what I ordered
I’ve been trying to get a refund or the product I ordered and they keep saying my product was on sale and I am not eligible for refund

I place an order thru shopify, recd a tracking number and ultimately recd the order. The piece of clothing did look just like the advertised item, however it did not fit and I needed to return, as stated on the website I had 30 days. I filled out the form to request how to return. NOTHING! then I send 3 separate emails to the support requests, all returned to sender. SCAM! save your money!!!!

Placed an order Jan 20th. Tracking info was never updated till i sent an inquiry about an update. Next day it was updated that a ticket was created for pickup. Their site says 7 to 10 days delivery. Today, Feb 3rd says it arrived at the origin International Airport, where is that?? Doubt I will get to product before Feb 20th. Also their CS never answered me, just resent tracking info as their reply.

This site is a complete scam. Do not purchase from here. I would post pics since seeing is believing, but this site doesn’t allow it. But the dress advertised and the one received is a completely different in every way except length and color-an obvious scam. The dress sent is way below SHEIN quality. Don’t buy here!
