Ina curate information in shipping policy

The information in shipping policy was not accurate, before ordering I have checked the policy and the information was, misleading and not changed and it leaded to pay 20 euros more then I expected. Good price, confusing process

Very efficient prices with fast shipping. Digital tools could be more well developed and clear: automatic bidding. And options for waiting longer than a day to checkout, would be helpful to reduce shipping costs.

The new delivery service is appalling

The new delivery service is appalling - parcels damaged, late delivery with no notification of new date or time. Delivery drivers rude when challenged. Go back to DPD - the drivers were well mannered, apologetic if a problem and always on time.

Missing items

I would be most grateful if I received my full order and not have items missing and have to chase them up, I paid for every item I ordered up front and sometimes have items missing that I have to chase, you should always get the full order first time after all that's what you pay your money for.

Your product description is so…

Your product description is so imperfect, I have received quite a lot of used rotten completely damaged useless product which cost me a lot of money, is it Small Street shop keeper this is unaffordable for me.
I'm sorry I can't give any positive marks on this behavior.
