5* Service from Amy
Amy was exceptional in finding me a placement as well as giving me peace of mind. Amy gave me a list of options to suit my needs as well as going above and beyond in terms of ensuring it is the right role for me. Amy also sorted out travel for me to ensure I was able to get to work and back without any issues. I was more than satisfied with her service. She is a credit to her organisation.

I've just finished 12 months with these…
I've just finished 12 months with these incompetent fools. I did find part time employment within the 12 month period. This was entirely my doing, and there was absolutely no intervention whatsoever on their part in me achieving this. I lost 3 jobs as a direct result of their actions. I was contacted by a company that I applied for which was setting up a gym in Stafford. They needed a regular cleaner. As an interview, they needed to see how i worked, so they asked me to get some steel toe capped foot wear, so that i could move some new gym equipment into place at their new location. I told J22 this. I have swollen ankles, so the footwear needs to be below the ankle. My so called adviser told me he could supply them. I found the website, online catalogue, page number, description, size, and part number, and he still ordered the wrong ones. I couldnt wear them. I lost the job. Then I had a reply from a different recruitment agency regarding a part time cleaning vacancy that i had applied for. All I needed to do was to sign up with them to start work. I already had my p45 as proof of NI number, bank statement as proof of address. I needed a full birth certificate as proof as mine is a bit tatty being 55 years old. So, my so called adviser said yes ok, hell get one for me. I thought great. Untill it arrived. I needed it to sign up with them on the Wednesday on Christmas week. Then i could start work. My adviser had put on the form for my birth certificate to be sent to him, at his office. This behaviour is highly suspicious. They were closed all week. I couldnt get it. so i couldnt sign up with them. I lost the job. The 3rd one was regarding an application for a paid position at the Katherine house hospice in Stafford. I was up for most of the night trying to fill out an online form which was required for the application. Im not a complete novice when it comes to using a computer, but im not an expert either. With this in mind, I did have problems which prevented me from completing this task. With a face to face appointment coming up in the next few days with J22,i decided that id use them by getting my so called adviser to fill out the form online for me, as he knew all my details anyway. Also, Katherine house hospice werent to know that someone else had filled it out for me. So i sent him a long email explaining my problems and asking him if he could fill it out for me, as i do have experience in that type of work anyway. The email i sent him was as long as this one. He replied "thankyou". Thats it. nothing else. He hadnt even read it. He had wrongfully assumed that I was sending him evidence of job search and job applications. By this time, the job advert was closed. I lost the job. They are also located in an office with no landline phone. What sort of buisness operates in the 21st century without a phone? I do call his mobile. 99per cent of the time he cancels the call. I understand that sometimes he may be in a meeting or in a appointment, but there should be a system in place where people can leave a message. Especially if they are refusing to have a landline. It has also come to my attention that some appointments had 2 appointments running at the same time. Do J22 receive payments per appointment? This would explain their interest in doing this to receive more revenue. Luckily for me, ive finished with them now. (and im working)

Chris is a huge asset to Jobs 22!
As an external training provider from outside Jobs 22, I am frequently within the Jobs 22 Lincoln office and rely heavily on close liaison regarding scheduling and resources. Jobs 22 staff member Chris Blaine is my 'go to' contact and I can't praise him highly enough for his efficiency, professionalism, pro-active assistance and willingness to go that extra mile. All of which he carries out with an extremely approachable and friendly attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris, he truly is an asset to Jobs 22!
