Using Jobscan really helped in my job applications and I do not think that I would have got my new job if I had not used the Jobscan tools

Jobscan is an excellent resource for my job hunt. In this day and age of automated Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), it is helpful to have an automated assistant to assist you. Jobscan produced an output that I could tailor to the job application in a form that best expressed my talents and my personality. This made me more confident that my application would find its way to the decision makers.

Jobscan is a great tool if you are in the job market. It really schooled me on how the Applicant Tracking Systems really work, and since they dominate the job market this is important skill to have. In addition, their tools help you align your resume to each job. Good luck and I recommend this tool to help any job seeker find their next role.

Absolutely great. From a real person thiss.. Seriously get on this if u want a job. I had been looking for months and months handing the same CV to every company online. But then I found about tailoring CV's for every role, which is where JobScan comes in... IT BEATS ATS and gets you that interview, out of 20 applications I have had 3 interviews, and 1 of them just offered me a job yesterday!

Jobscan is the key to the interview, and from the interview part is where you prep really good to LAND THE JOB.

I reached out to customer support to help resolve a problem I had created with my account. They responded immediately! They were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue within minutes!

The Jobscan experience was phenomenal. The editing software for the resume builder was straightforward and seamless. Plus the option to download from the website with whatever template you chose was amazing. (For Free!). I feel relaxed knowing that I can make use of the cover letter for future reference as well. Lastly, landing a job was the cherry on Top. I can only hope that others take heed towards this amazing tool to reap the benefits. Thank you Jobscan!

Extremely helpful and straightforward tool to maximize both resume and cover letters. Breaking through the filters is tough and Jobscan gives you another way to get through to the hiring manager.

The JobScan tool is excellent. Is really helped provide that alignment I needed in terminology between my resume and the job listings. I really think it helped get me an interview for my new role.

Company charges without sending reminders of your trial end. The service itself is useless. Just another AI money grab that has no benefit for users. Beware of all the fake positive "reviews". This company is a scam.

It's a matter of HONOR and INTEGRITY

I checked several AI-based resume websites and liked JobScan. I signed up for a 2-week free trial and sent out 30 applications based on their recommendations. I was initially encouraged by the prospect of success in my job hunt.

Soon after my free trial expired (and I was not charged any money), I was invited to participate in what they called a HireReady Virtual Workshop Series - 6 hours of sessions covering all aspects of the job hunt process. I felt I got a lot of useful tips from each of the sessions.

However, during the sessions they offered the attendees a 20% discount off of their Jobscan Premium service. I guess I was too busy focusing on the tips given during the workshops to notice the special URL they mentioned to obtain the discount. I felt their service was pricey but the workshops were free and I didn't want to lose access to the recorded sessions so I signed up for 3 months of JobScan Premium.

I did NOT get the discount.

I contacted their customer service and they categorically refused to give me the discount because I didn't use the special link. It's not that I was asking for something that I wasn't entitled to. All workshop attendees were offered the 20% discount. I didn't get it. To my knowledge, no one got it.

I'm finding out now that this website is one of the lower ranked AI resume websites. It makes sense to me because of the 30 applications I sent out I have received NO replies and NO interviews.

Check the other 1-star and 2-star reviews. Other people have had similar experiences with these people. NOTE: they will probably respond by saying how much they care and how they explicitly stated the promotional URL. They only seem to care about getting money out of you. And once they got it, like any other con artist, good luck getting any of it back.

Now, I'm stuck with a resume website that hasn't produced results for me but has left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe if I implement the tips from the webinar I will have success and it will all be worth it.

No discount and no interviews. Think about it.

After the below review I wrote with disappointment on the support I received, they in-fact refunded in full. However am not sure if the informing customer was implemented prior to charging them. Thank you team.

Quite a low quality support experience. The interfaces and I must say it is not their resume that got a job for me. I had both of my usual (rather bulky) resume, and the Jobscan targeted resumes working for me over the course of two years. I spent over $270 on subscriptions on Jobscan. Sadly I must say they aren't worth a penny. Clunky UIs, horrible support, nasty terms (they'll charge your card without any notifications, and keep the moneys when you ask for refund -- despite you haven't used their system). Low value service. Go with ChatGPT, far better!

They provide a great scanning service along with helping you craft cover letters specific to a job role.

Helps in finding the right keywords to add in resume in order to land a job. More useful for freshers. The assistance provided by the technical team was highly satisfactory

Resume Scan is scam. This does not work, I tried multiple time but the scan result does not work, it always shows the loading loading loading.

I really like the AI tool that highlight the things I can improve and at the same time giving me 3 suggestions for me to choose, and guiding me to modify my resume to increase higher score. I also like the writing style that is concise.

There is great value and tools that help you optimize your needs. AI was cool way to incorporate the different tools and in the end I did get a job with the help! I noticed and uptick in job activity and LinkedIn after using the premium subscription

The tool was extremely easy to use. It definitely made a difference when trying to customize the resume. The tool does a great job of helping you. When I used the tool and the resume was customized I received more activity, phone calls, interviews etc.

Someone used my work email address to create a profile. I requested the deletion of all my data and received confirmation from support. However, I am still receiving emails from this company.
