Holiday number 6 - Booked!

6th holiday booked with Joe - thinks that says it all really!

6 of us going so requested 3 separate bookings. Joe explained that if we went ahead and booked using 3 separate bookings he couldn't guarantee the price for booking 2&3 as due to increased interest in the holiday the price would most likely increase for each additional booking.
Joe matched the online price but we also got free pre booked plane seats. We took his advice and made 1 booking. Yet again another smooth and quick process.

Joe helped to plan & arranged the best holiday I have ever had to Thailand. A seamless experience & he kept in touch throughout. All flights & transfers were booked & waiting for us at each destination.

I've recently returned from Florida which was booked by Joe & everything that Joe had booked for us was excellent from the flights with Virgin to the private transfers to the hotel it was all fantastic. Joe made sure it all went smoothly I cant thank him enough. We did have a little chink in the road but fair play Joe sorted it for us but it didnt upset us and it didnt spoil anything even though I wasn't going to say a word to Joe until we got home but he messaged me a day or so after we got to Florida to make sure we'd arrived in Florida safe so I told him what had happened and within a few hours he'd made sure we had nothing more to worry about but to get on with our holiday so I will never book another holiday with anyone else but JoeBiggs & his team. JOE you are one in a million thanks for all your hard work. Please book your holiday with Joe & his team you wont be sorry.

I have used this company twice now and have never been found wanting when it comes to customer service!
Every communication and request have been dealt with in a timely fashion to the best of the teams ability i am VERY pleased with this company and can recommend them without reservation and will contiue to use Joe BIggs for my holidays going forward.

It started off so well. Joe/Olivia found us a great deal at our favourite hotel in Tenerife.
Unfortunately came a last minute appointment for a keyhole operation for my partner, which went well and we we're advised he could fly (verbally) after 5/7 days.
On the 1/4 we enquired about some wheelchair assistance for Ian at the airport so he didn't need to walk long distance and we we're asked to fill in a form. We had been away that weekend and signal wasn't great and then we decided against it which we informed Joe of on the 2/4. Then on the 5/4 we asked if we could still Request it and was told it would be sorted, which it was. At no point we're we advised prior, that Jet2 had a cooling off period after having General anaesthetic, only that our insurance could be void if within 14 days. Oliva rang and spoke to me and i asked her to take it off. I then received a text to say it was sorted and no information had been provided to Jet2. We arrived at the airport on 7/4 to be told by Jet2 that my partner could not board the plane due to him having had anaesthetic 9 days prior and that they required him to be 10 days clear. Jet2 informed me that the travel agent should have informed me of this and should havw allowed me as the customer to deal with it As a result i had to board with my daughter and leave him behind, forking out over £200 for another flight with another provider later that day.
Due to the stress it didn't dawn on me until the Friday that he may not be able to access the flight home, despite it being day 14 at that point, so i enquired with Joe/Olivia of this to be told they would check with Jet2 the next day. At this point we only had just over 24 hours before we we're due to return home. At this point I was blamed, i was met with god knows how many condescending smiley faces, i was told i had left it late to ask the question, i was repeatedly asked when the operation was. Eventually i advised them I would deal with it myself with Jet2. Unfortunately his GP wouldn't provide a fit to fly certificate only confirmation of his operation which in the end Jet2 accepted after escalating it to management as they agreed that the travel agent hadn't dealt with it in the right way.
Won't be using again. The service was great until they had my money.

This was my first time booking through an agent instead of going direct, and I have to admit—I was a little nervous at first. But wow, I didn’t need to be!

Contacted these guys late on Saturday evening knew where I wanted to go, didn’t know where to stay. Multiple options were sent thru by early Sunday afternoon and one was secured and booked within way less than 24 hours also cheaper than what I could’ve got anywhere directly. Will book again using these guys. Highly recommend.

So pleased I found Joe Biggs, its so comforting to know that there's someone at the end of the phone, who is instantly able to help with whatever problem you have. Given the global issues with wars, strikes, climate, you never know when you are going to need help. I also cannot believe the speed with which Joe deals with issues, I don't have to be number 30 in the queue. He really has the customer's interests at heart. Well done, I'll be booking with you again.

Another great trip booked through Joe Biggs already got my next tripped booked with him, excellent service, any problem I had was dealt with straight away, always got a reply back straight away even when I bugged them later at night. Would defo recommend.

The paperwork is sent through by email within 10 minutes of me booking and he keeps in touch all along the way. I’ve booked holidays months in advance or even 2/3 days before departing and I can honestly say he’s the best for me. He knows my needs and budget and will do his very best to secure my booking. Booked my malta/Italy cruise with Joe, couldn't have been easier. 10/10

We are a group of 4 adult who have just returned from a month of adventuring around Japan. We cannot thank Joe enough for supporting us through the whole process. We booked 2 years ago with Joe after he price matched our trip. We received a lovely bottle of bubbly just before we left. Would you believe the day we arrived at Manchester Airport to fly to Singapore via Dubai, Emirates shut down. No need to panic Joe was on the phone sorting new flights which we took the following day. He sorted hotels and transfers with new times. We also had new flight to bring us home as Joe did not trust that a month later Dubai airport would be open and it was not - well done Joe.
We are now home safe having had the most amazing time and we highly recommend Joe to sort out your adventures whatever your needs he has an option. We have also booked package deals / just cruise / just flights as well as world wide adventures

I have booked a cruise with Joe and it was seamless.
I had booked another cruise for Jan'26 and spent 1 1/2 hrs on phone arranging it. Unfortunately due to the war our cruise from Dubai is cancelled and now we are waiting on our refund.
Sadly it's out our control but will definitely boom with him again

This is the 2nd time using Joe and Olivia to book a holiday and it was seamless from start to finish. Provided recommendations and a rough price plan and they actually got the holiday cheaper than booking via the travel website. Another great week in Tenerife all be it weather was a hit or miss. Will definitely be using the team again.

From start to finish, as soon as I contacted the Joe Biggs team , and I explained what I would like, the job was taken out of my hands and all I had to do was answer questions on what experience, any needs and requirements. My 1st holiday this year started in Agadir, Morocco, the hotel was situated with a view overlooking the Atlantic ocean, and that was only the start, the fight times were great transfers on time and the people were genuinely warm and friendly. The food we couldn't fault, the staff were helpful and friendly, all in all with the help of the JB travel team, I/we had a brilliant time, thanks to all of you!
