It is my first time buying, those whose I was in contact were very professional, helpful and patient with me.
The survey was carried out as arranged, and report submitted. Got a text telling me, should I need to discuss anything with surveyor.
Arranged for call back, to discuss few points arised.

Served their purpose; but expensive for what they did. Lost my request for appointment for 2 weeks initially.
Served their purpose (value property).
The back office lost my request to make an appointment for two weeks until I called them and asked What The...?
They wanted payment immediately to do - very little that cost a lot frankly - which was a simple valuation.
Laugh-of-the-week was the ~20 year discrepancy between the stated property age on a mid 1980s build; not mid 1960s.

Arranging the home survey was quick and easy, the survey itself was completed in fast time and the subsequent report of that survey was produced in good time. The report was comprehensive and covered every aspect that was, or might be an issue. Would definitely use the services of this company in future.
