I contacted customer service via email regarding new changes in their loyalty system, but my questions went unanswered. While the company is busy focusing on brand collaborations, the actual customer experience is deteriorating.
Here are the main issues with the new loyalty system:
1. Customers are being forced to transfer to a new loyalty program, which would be fine if the value remained the same. Instead, it’s a massive downgrade.
2. All previous benefits for top-tier Pink Diamond customers have been completely removed before the end of the year.
3. The reward system originally offered 1 free item for every 5,000 points. It was then downgraded to 1 free coffee for every 10,000 points.
4. Pink Diamond members no longer have access to the 5 monthly coffees promised by the company. Furthermore, you can no longer earn points when purchasing prepaid cards, and access to last year's coffee cards has been abruptly removed.
From a customer perspective, it’s impossible to see how this new program adds any value for long-time supporters.
My expectation: I expect the benefits earned last year to be honored until the end of this year. Moving forward, if I don’t reach the Pink Diamond tier under a new system, that is fair. However, a company cannot simply wipe out everything a customer previously earned without offering any form of fair compensation.

I tried first Joe & The Juice in SF [US] last year. it was good but didnt bother too much. Now back in the town i tried few times and i must say, one of the best coffee, juice and sandwich esp. the environment. Truly engaging. thanks
