I’ve been with them 3 months started on…

I’ve been with them 3 months started on Semiglutide and wasn’t getting results they have on triz. Now. They are very good customer service they check on me . The dr called me when I was not getting results. I have had a bad experience with another company and am extremely satisfied with Joey Meds both the care and the pricing

My GLP1 journey with Joey Med has changed my life.I am healthier than I have been in years and my energy level has surged. My blood sugar is now controlled. Although I'm fairly new to Joey med I…

Although I'm fairly new to Joey med I have been very impressed with the fact that they have contacted me several times to see how I'm doing and to make sure I'm not having any side effects. I got my medication within a week after ordering it and I feel like they're very sincere and trying to help me lose weight.

I still haven’t open my packages seeing…

I still haven’t open my packages seeing as it got to me with the ice not even cold but melted and warm . I let my Joey dr know she told me it was ok to still tske… that it had been tested to last a couple of days like that . This is my third round of glp1and the times that I’ve gotten it it always got to my in between frozen ice bricks . So I have it on my fridge but not sure what to do

While we always aim to keep the medication as cool as possible during transit, the ice packs are designed to absorb ambient heat to protect the product. Even if the ice packs are melted or no longer cold upon arrival, our stability testing shows that this GLP-1 medication remains stable under the following conditions:
• Room Temperature: Stable for up to 60 days.
• 95{F}: Stable for up to 15 days.
• 104{F}: Stable for up to 4 days.
Since your delivery arrived within these windows, the integrity of your medication has not been compromised. You can proceed with your treatment as planned.

I had such a great and easy experience…

I had such a great and easy experience with JoeyMed. I had a lot of questions because I am new to Glp-1’s and the representative was very patient and answered all my questions. The ordering process was very easy and I was kept up to date during the whole process from ordering to fulfillment to delivery. The package was received via UPS and wrapped securely with ice packs and all to keep the temperature of the medication. The representative also checked in after delivery to make sure everything I received was correct and to ask how I was feeling and also gave me tips for any side effects. I am very pleased with my decision to go through JoeyMed and will definitely be ordering through them again.
