Simon and Scott delivered my suite today, what lovely guys and so efficient.
Notified me of anticipated arrival, shoes off automatically in house, set it up quickly and quietly and cleared all packing and debris, and it looks great too.

The delivery men were very helpful with our new sofa. They made sure that the recline worked and, before leaving, they moved the old one outside ready for collection later that day.

Excellent service from Simon and Scott. They phoned before coming and arrived on time. Navigated awkward corners and tough stairs. They did all perfectly and took all wrappings away, replacing a light shade that had to be removed to get the bed through the porch.

Simon and Scott, who delivered our furniture, were great. Shoes removed as they entered, furniture unpacked and placed where we wanted, and every bit of packing quickly removed. All good.

The wood for the floor arrived on the date given. Jack arrived on the given date and worked hard to fit the flooring
and completed it the next day. He is an extremely pleasant young man and certainly knows his trade. He did an amazing job and I would certainly use John Doe again as they give attention to detail.

Accompanied my partner today, to look for a mattress.
We were looked after by Stewart Walker. Stewart certainly knows his products, and was very helpful in guiding my chap to make an appropriate choice.

We had a home delivery of furniture by Simon and Scott, who were helpful and professional throughout. They removed their shoes at the door without even having to be asked, which was much appreciated, thank you. They made sure the furniture was exactly where I wanted it to be placed, and treated the furniture and our home with respect and care. Thank you very much.

We love visiting John Doe Furniture. We are very pleased with our new bureau which is a perfect fit for our lounge. Scott & Simon delivered it with care and were very helpful and friendly.
We did also have a nest of tables which was to be delivered as well, but was not. We will have to go collect them from the shop.

We had lots of help from Matt on deciding on a new bed. He was very helpful but not pushy. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The actual invoice was completed by Stewart, who again was very helpful and is very knowledgeable, as always.
