Parts missing
I bought a custom sized Roman blind 1045mm for a paying client who needed a repair. The website stated there were options to upgrade the plastic pull cord to a metal nickel one. Firstly no option as far as I could see to click to make the upgrade which on thought was poor. As soon as I got email confirmation I emailed to say I wanted the upgrade. I got an email back saying I needed to pay an additional £3.50 I thought ok fine. Got my product and in usual style I didn't want to open it before installing as I didn't want to mark or make it look used or grubby.
Got to the client to be horrified that the nickel pull cord was not there ... Very very disappointed which caused a very awkward conversation with the customer.

We recently upgraded our website and the Roman Blind headrail page does need looking at to add the upgrade options so I'm sorry that the chains were not there to add on.

An honest, genuine company and fair pricing
There was a small problem with my order but what really impressed me was that I received an immediate response from a real person who offered an immediate, positive resolution. It was good to be able to deal with a genuine, honest UK-based company, unlike another recent experience with a firm where their true identity, location and contact details were vague or concealed and recourse was deliberately made difficult.

Incorrect quantity sent
I ordered 6 metres of header tape.
You only sent me 5.1 metres!!
Is there a problem doing a simple measurement?
