To the Management Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service we received during our move-in process.

My brother secured this tenancy by paying the security deposit and 12 months of rent in advance. Despite this significant financial commitment and the fulfillment of all our obligations, the agency failed to provide the keys on the agreed-upon date. We were left without access to the property for four days.

To make matters worse, upon finally receiving the keys, we discovered there was no hot water in the flat. This meant that after a four-day delay, we were still unable to live in the property comfortably.

This level of negligence is unprofessional and a clear breach of our rental agreement. I expect a formal apology and a pro-rata refund for the four days we were denied access to the property. Unbelievable service!!! Would definetely not recommend this agency....

Fresh in the UK and never let a property, was a little nervous but david and the docklands team were amazing, guided me through the whole process and even met me at the property for the move in.

It has been already two days since signing the rent agreement and paying upfront the full rent for a year yet the keys not released. I don't recommend to use JDW's services for real estate rentals. It is a total disaster and frustration.
Day 3: The cupboard door is broken and there's no hot water in the house. My disappointment is at its peak. Andrea and Prue, whom I was in contact with during the rental process, unfortunately haven't responded to my calls or messages. They always had an excuse. They haven't inspected the premise once for any defects before renting it.
