The trousers arrived. Not my style. My fault - I should have looked more closely. However, the return system is impossible. I was told that John Henric couldn’t supply a return label. I had to contact the carrier. Impossible, as they don’t answer the phone. Meanwhile I am £120 out of pocket.

Worst experience ever. almost 2 weeks further and my shipment is still on "label created". I've tried contacting the customer care but without any reply or action. Also the chat on the website is always ""temporarily" unavailable. Do not order here, the service is terrible and they just won't send your shipment anyway.
I've read the reviews before ordering but I did not believe most negative reviews due to customers exaggerating most of the times. This is not the case with this company. The service is even worse than expected.
Again, DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Purchased 2 merino wool pullovers. After wearing one about four times it was brought to my notice that about an inch of the left sleeve had failed along the seam leaving a noticeable gap. Further inspection of the area showed the material to be breaking up! Obviously the item is of poor quality. John Henric offered a refund subject to the item being returned to them using UPS. Problem is UPS depot is a long way away and asking them to collect it requires you to remain in the house all day.
Bottom line is that John Henric is not someone I would buy from again. Caveat emptor!

Unfortunately I have to give a low review here as the reviews on their website are not transparent!.
They only publish positive feedback!
I reviewed 2 items; one given 5 Stars and the other only 1 Star.
The 5 Star review was published immediately, while the 1 Star review was not.
I thought that these might take a while as they go to Customer Care for some corrective action.
Many weeks passed and my review is still not up and no communication from their end either!
Whenever I contacted Customer care directly due to my orders I was always greatly satisfied. However I feel their feedback system is very shady, and it is not fair on customers.

I have often ordered from this brand and have always been satisfied. However, I recently purchased a cashmere sweater that shrunk after the first wash. I followed all the instructions on the label and washed only by hand and 30 degrees carefully. Nevertheless, the sweater shrunk, which is clearly due to the inferior quality and a production defect. I therefore asked the customer support for compensation, however support did not want to understand my request (presumably not to compensate me). I was simply told that there can be no compensation because I washed the sweater incorrectly. However, I explained in detail (even with photos) that I washed the sweater correctly and according to instructions with 30 degrees. Moreover, I have washed cashmere sweaters very often and there have never been any problems so far. Only with the product of John Henric there were problems.
I have therefore given John Henric a final deadline for compensation. Therefore, if I am not compensated within the near future, I will take my claims to court if necessary.

Bought the White Oxford shirt, and I am very pleased with the quality. The Fabric is thick enough to not be see-through and the fit is excellent! (best off-the-rack fit i have ever bought)

Horrible company very misleading and deceptive! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Mislead to think order coming from within Australia when they in Sweden! Tried to cancel to pay for express within 2 mins of order and they said they couldn’t because it’s already been dispatched. What a joke!!!

Total RIP OFF . I ordered two belts , just over $100 from John Henric Canada and was then charged another $55 taxes and duties on delivery. Will never buy anything from this company again.

I ordered a bow tie this past month after ordering from them last year.
Last year everything went incredibly smoothly.
This time however there was duty for the delivery, which was not told to me at all during the ordering process.
When I contacted customer support for customer support, I was told that nothing could be done.
When I asked to cancel the order, i was told that I would still be required to pay $20.
This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Asking a customer to pay for an order that they NEVER EVEN received.
They were not at all helpful and when I asked to have a manager contact me, I was told that I can reach someone via the online chat.
I was told this while already chatting to someone online.
I would NEVER order from them again.
Terrible experience.

company returns experience was not easy, but I sent goods back. Nearly 2 weeks later still no refund and further instalments were taken from my bank by Paypal. When I enquired they said that had received the goods 11 days previously. They said they expected to get round to refunding the money within another week. NOT ACCEPTABLE

AVOID. John Henric are the type of company that take your money say it’s in stock and your delivery date continues to be delayed. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU BUY FOR AN OCCASION IN THE NEXT YEAR. Customer service do nothing!

Having purchased a few shirts and sweaters on sale I went ahead and ordered a Pea Coat at full price. It arrived in 2 weeks and looked good. But it was SO SMALL!! I was shocked as I had measured diligently. I could not believe how small it was. I am returning it from Canada at a cost of $175 to me. I am planning to repurchase in a better size. Customer Service could have been more helpful; it is not up to the quality of the product or the image they are trying project.

Ordered something last Saturday morning. Wasn’t dispatched till Tuesday. And I was told item wouldn’t arrive until the following Monday. That’s a whole week for delivery.
I asked UPS to return the package to sender and contacted John Henric for a refund.
Will never use again.

I ordered a tie, which was supposedly shipped on September 2nd and I received a notification and money was withdrawn from my credit card. After several days of waiting, the order has still not been handed to the shipping company.
So if you order anything from here, do not expect to receive it within the promised delivery time.
