Dreadful service. They take your order and your money, then suddenly cancel it. Their lame excuse is that they have a computer problem. Just to rub salt in to your inconvenience, they then have the audacity to say ‘have a great day’.

Ordered as they advertised a 4 day delivery and excellent customer service.
Emailed when saw the goods hadn't left the next working day stating I required within the 4 stated days. Turns out they didn't send the goods on time and they hadn't left. Didn't offer to upgrade the delivery although it was within their power.
Was told would normally be delivered in 1-2 days.
4 days later and nothing delivered. Emailed to chase but made no attempt to rectify and only offered a cancellation. Finally turned up 6 working days later and 3 days after the event ordered for.
Was half tempted to keep the product but the quality was sadly very poor. Plasticly, stiff feel to the tie and with no drape.
Sent back via a very complicated returns process.
Won't use again as unreliable and sold on service which never materialised. Poor quality and awkward returns.
I love their clothing, service and shipping options. Ive baught alot Of clothing and accessories from them. 100% on point so far!
Only offers returns to Sweden from the US. Can be as much as $50 to return any orders from the US. Does not make this policy clear on website and refuses to acknowledge issue of a return cost of $50 for a $90 order.
Saw their advert on Insta 2 for £119 hoping that it was going to be half decent and although a slight shipping delay through no fault of their own I am extremely pleased with the quality and fit!
Strong material that is exactly like the pictures on the website. Their size guide is a little confusing but go by waist and chest measurement and it comes up just as I would expect.
Will 100% be a repeat customer as the price point for quality is much better than most UK retailers.
I cannot comment on the clothing quality unfortunately. I ordered 2 jackets that came at a 2 for 119€. The order didn't come when estimated by my Aftership app (which is amazing by the way). I contacted customer service (not the other way around as it should be) and they said it looks like it was lost and I could refund or I could tell them to send replacements. I asked them to send replacements on a Friday. Well it seems their "customer service agents" don't work on the weekends and by the time Monday came around they said the items I had asked for replacing were sold out. I told them this is a terrible first experience and asked if they were able to turn it around in the form of credit. They said they could offer 20% discount code but this is not applicable with other codes or offers (meaning my original 2 for 119€). Essentially they want me to stick with the original order and spend another time with them to use this 20%. Guys, figure your business and logistics out and provide a great customer service before asking people to buy again.

The support email was in poorly written mis-spelled English and the only solution suggested was by offering I cancel my order.
Really disappointing. Can’t talk about the quality of the goods because I haven’t received them and have no idea when I will.
Have some good items but I don’t like the after sale support or customer service.
Unlike other shops with one month right of return, they give you only 14 days.
I also got Cashmere scarfs from them and the fabric goes out on my shirts and coats. I don’t think they will last long and it is bad to have to remove that fabric out from my clothes after every time I use them.
Visited the one in Emporia, Hyllie. Was impressed with the service, as well as the design of their collection. I bought an orange sweater, a shade of orange that is rarely available elsewhere. Too bad this shop did not have more things for women.
John Henric makes my favourite Oxford shirts, and complimentary delivery with UPS means delivery is quite speedy and very dependable. There was an issue with my recent order, but customer service resolved it quickly. Can recommend!

I ordered a cashmere scarf. The quality is not what I expected. Very thin. Trying to return it to Sweden has been impossible. There is no postal code given in any site or return info site. It was shipped UPS but the return quote to return to Sweden is over $200.00
