A mistake happened and a dispute was raised on flights I had booked. I notified the credit card company swiftly it was a mistake and they told me they could not help me once a dispute has started. They don't listen to common sense from their customers or seem to want to resolve a problem. It takes 45 days of not knowing what is going on with a transaction. The person who answered the phone refused to let me speak to a dispute specialist. Please work harder on your customer service offering and use common sense.

Easy to order and collect from nearest Waitrose. Competitive rates. Staff at pick up point very courteous as always.

I loved the range of notes that were provided - lots of practical smaller ones

Prompt service with good humour and the rates were competitive

Fast efficient service. Decent rate. Didn’t order as only getting euros and in stock. Convenient to just call in while out shopping in Trafford Centre

A competitive rate, a swift transaction and a very pleasant cashier. What more could one ask for?

Far easier than the post office - very efficient and customer focussed approach

I ordered my travel money as l always do from John Lewis money, this was purchased on my credit card and was a click and collect order being delivered to my local Waitrose branch for collection.
But from ordering my money l was never contacted or informed that my purchase was delivered to the branch and awaiting collection, l had to contact John Lewis money after four days to see where my order was.
Very sloppy customer service would seriously think about ordering elsewhere in the future.
Thank you
A loyal J/Lewis customer

Easy to navigate website and exceptionally good rates offered. I was kept up to date with the progression of my order and collection process faultless.

The entire process was quick, efficient and trouble-free. Also, the exchange rate offered by John Lewis was significantly better than that available at Sainsbury’s.

1) No notification that money was in a store ready for collection
2) Not able to get through to desk on telephone
3) not able to order small denominations and subsequently too many €50 notes

All was very easy and would definitely use the online again in the future. My 2nd time using John Lewis. The only downside was I would have liked to perhaps submit possible breakdown on denominations- instead I got a wad of 50’s. Unless I missed the area to state this of course.

Excellent service. Easy to order online and collect at local Waitrose. Good exchange rate too

This is the first time I have ordered currency from John Lewis. It was a seem less experience from ordering and collection from my local Waitrose. I would definitely order currency online again.

Despite years of responsible use, making payments often to avoid going over the credit limit, the limit is still annoyingly low.
Response to reply:
The website only offers a chatbot. I don't use these as they are invariably dumb and useless!
To expand: my wife was a JL customer and took out this card, with me as a second user. We both have used and would like to use it. The credit limit was initially based and remains so, on her pension income only. Requests to update it as appropriate for our《joint 》income fell on deaf ears. So we have to use other cards.
LATER
Aaaaaaaaarrrrgh. My wife went shopping yesterday and had to use another card since I had not topped the John Lewis one enough to cover the bill!
