Simply the best and most personable user experience I’ve had when ordering a pair of shoes! I had a personal email when one of the pairs that I ordered wasn’t in stock and the way they dealt with everything from start to finish was superb.

The John White shoes are top quality and good value. Got the tan "Rogue" model with the rubber soles (which I needed to cushion my bad knee whilst looking semi-formal). Highly recommended brand.

Bought 2 pairs of Brecon boots, one brown , one black.
Quality is great BUT as I ordered the same size for each boot it is odd that the black pair slipped on fairly easily after a couple of wears and yet the brown are a different story. I have purchased shoe stretchers to try and make them bigger, the width is the main issue and a month on I am still struggling and unable to wear the boots for any length of time.

I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars. The company and the shoes are first class. Unfortunately I needed to return a pair simply because they were a bit big. When I ordered a different pair in the sale, I received an email from John White the next day saying that regrettably this model was now out of stock. However they made a very generous gesture : I could either have a refund or choose an alternative pair - including ones that were not in the sale at no extra cost. John White also offer free delivery and return, and the staff are easy to contact and are very helpful. Excellent.

Great shoes! bought this pair as a replacement for the same ones, that finally after very much wear, were worn out.

I’ve been wearing John White shoes for years, and I’m absolutely satisfied with everything about them. I’m a loyal fan of this brand and genuinely happy that a heritage English brand like this is still going strong. Honestly, I think everyone should support them, and I highly recommend them.

Such a lovely company to deal with. Really good quality shoes and very comfortable. Had to return a pair of boots as they were a little loose round the heel but no trouble returning them at all. A quick email and I got a free returns label. All so easy.

Johnwhiteshoes, it was a very good shopping with this company, I ordered a pair of Broad Derby Shoes at a really great price, and they were delivered in a Couple of days, unfortunately they were to big, so I sent them back ,free of charge which is unheard of these days and ordered a smaller size, so was really pleased overall, my only gripe was the shoe sizes weren't a true size I am a size 8 and had to oder a size 7.

Brillant Service and they go the extra mile to help. I purchased a pair of brogues which were too tight. I got a label for the return. I also got a call to see that the label was ok. John White shoes are a class act and customer service are top draw.

ordered a pair of shoes on the 27 of January. Delivery is supposed by Royal Mail. No Tracking info displayed yet.
I called twice and I was sent an email saying that the item has been shipped ( where from?) and tracking info will appear in the evening . It didn't.. Probably shipped from abroad but they would not admit it. I rather they were honest about it and tell me where is shipped from

I bought some Chelsea boots on line which when they arrived were great quality but unfortunately too tight.
Returning them was very easy & my refund was made within days.

The shoes are superbly made, and extremely comfortable
I have had a similar pair from John White for the last seven years and they are still going strong!

I bought a pair of Chelsea boots for my husband, and they were exactly what he wanted. The quality is excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised, as I hadn’t heard of John White before. Customer service was outstanding, and delivery was speedy. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely be buying from John White again!
