The clothes are high quality and look like the website pics. The returns portal was glitching but Eve in the customer service team helped me do an exhange as was great - thanks a lot.

Edit: I have since been refunded the extra £4 as a gesture of goodwill. My review stands though - it’s a disappointing service with confusing information on their website about refund process. They are not upfront about costs and the quality of the item I purchased was not worth the price. Beware buying until you fully understand the refund process - I would suggest emailing them to get estimate of costs because it’s not very transparent.

Unfortunately unsatisfactory service, which I should’ve expected. I bought the Brianna coat and was hopeful based on the pictures. Sizing information was incorrect and I think the image of the model and her sizing was misleading. Size S was much too oversized, more like a 10. Quality was disappointing, very rigid wool that resembled felt. I felt the price was not justified so returned the coat. I paid £4 return postage and it took 10 working days to process the refund to my PayPal (the max number of days they state on their refund policy).

Unfortunately they didn’t refund the full amount, charging me an extra £4 for delivery costs even though I’d already paid this. I contacted them to inform them of the error but got generic response saying that if the value of my returned items was below the free shipping threshold then they would charge to cover cost of courier.

No idea how they can justify £8 to cover courier costs when I have proof I paid for Royal Mail postage. Very unhappy and would not recommend.

Amazing customer service: I had a problem with a coat bought last year, I sent an email to the customer service last weekend, they answered in two days offering me several solutions. Thank you very much again!

Excellent customer service, responded within a couple of hours and honoured a sales discount I missed out on. Also the quality of their stuff is great, I ordered the black mabe wool coat and it’s really thick and 100% wool, and cheaper than the ones from cos etc and they are not 100% wool.

One of my all time favourite brands. Such classy and stylish designs paired with quality that is UNMATCHED. Every piece I buy feels amazing to touch and wear and lasts so well. In addition to all of that, it’s all sourced sustainably. Do not hesitate to purchase!

I ordered a dress for a 30th birthday & was so worried it wouldn't suit me but it fit like a glove (I'm a uk size 8) and was SO flattering. Eve is also really helpful and lovely with a few questions I had, so I just had to write a little review. Love this brand and cannot recommend it enough!

Sincerely unsure why there are so many positive reviews. I ordered a shirt and a cardigan, chose the size according to what the models were wearing which were very loose and oversized on them. The sizing is way off! Both items were a lot tighter and shorter than shown, which is crazy because I would assume these models are way taller than me (I'm 5'2). Very flimsy clothes, wool was very light and scratchy, honestly you can tell the material is really cheap and that it's not at all well made. I very rarely review on TrustPilot but I'm seeing more and more of these well advertised Instagram brands with an attractive website mimicking more expensive brands, but it's just a scam. Just received my order today and both items went back.

The quality of the items is beautiful, and I love that everything is made sustainably - it’s well worth the price.

Their customer care service is very patient and understanding as well, I’ve had any issues resolved quickly and easily.

My initial experience was not great due to issues over material quality however I am updating this as after leaving a bad review sisterhood got in touch with me and was eager to rectify this. The customer service was friendly and as a small business they seemed to care enough to send me a replacement garment from a new product batch, would recommend

First of all, the sizing is really off (it was way too big). I live in the Netherlands and because of the Brexit, returning the package to the UK was really challenging. Multiple post offices do not even provide this service due to all the administration that is required. When I reached out to the SISTERHOOD, I found the owner not very helpful. She kept saying that returning the package should be easy. Well, it was not. Eventually, I succeeded to send the package back to the UK, but this cost me 53 euro… Moreover, since I did not keep the item I also had to pay the delivery cost of 10 euro. So, in total this cost me 63 euro. Never again.

Beautiful quality and the most amazing customer service - Eve was so quick to respond to my emails and went out of her way to make sure that my order arrived on time. Sizing runs a little large so if you’re on the petite side then definitely bear that in mind when ordering ☺️

Be careful with machine washing the items as most of them are made from modal/Tencel (which I love) but they shrink in hot water and high spins! (very gentle cold cycle or hand wash is best, the pieces are worth the extra care)

I really wouldn’t bother. The sizing is completely off - I always wear a 6/8 and couldn’t even get the items over my head, whereas others were way to big on the bust. Additionally items aren’t made with premium materials and look like Zara. I bought an item in the sale. I returned as it didn’t fit and this was credited to a gift card. I’m now in a cycle of ordering more items that do not fit at all and having to return them. Each time I’m spending £5-10 on postage as they don’t offer free returns. I have literally begged sisterhood to just refund me credit but they are refusing. Gutted I ever bought anything from them - was just trying to make an ethical choice and it has really cost me. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased the Winona Knit in Chocolate and its an extremely versatile, high-quality piece - great for the office paired with a blouse or for more casual lounging at home. Sisterhood is my go to website for clothes and I can trust them to always deliver on gorgeous, well made items of clothing
