I've been doing Surveys with The Panel station from 2021 when they had a PayPal option. I have redeemed my rewards, got some shoprite voucher which is a pain in the ass to activate, I dont even know how much the vouchers are worth. When I went to Shoprite, I was turned and told I needed to know the amount of the voucher. I am still waiting for vouchers I redeemed way before that.

The Panelstation DOES NOT respond to emails, all they do is keep sending you survey invitations. I can now believe that this company is scaming people. I dont even care about the rewards anymore, I'm just going to delete my account.

I waisted countless hours doing surveys for this company, so no more.

Better Companies are Morbrog, TGM and Morbiworx.

Now a bad survey site,long time points under review than their stipulated time frame, rewards not given codes,same automatic response if made follow up without solution.Now not legit site.

Turn to scam after 3 years of active member they scam me very bad for reputation after three years

I have been a member since 2021 and did more than 300 surveys for this company. They're changing modus operandi of not rewarding panelist. Introducing different formats of not being rewarded. So working for zero if you want join them.

I am writing this to warn fellow panelists about the deceptive practices currently being employed by The Panel Station. Despite spending hours completing surveys, the company has made it nearly impossible to actually redeem earned rewards.
I am experiencing several critical issues that indicate this platform is no longer acting in good faith:
Point Devaluation: My hard-earned points were converted into "coins" for bidding games without my consent, rather than being available for direct voucher redemption.
Perpetual "Review" Status: My points have been "under review" for months. This appears to be a tactic to prevent users from reaching the redemption threshold before the points expire.
Redemption Failures: When I finally attempt to cash out, the system fails to send the required OTP, or I am met with technical "error" screens at the final step.
Invalid Vouchers: On the rare occasion a redemption goes through, the voucher codes provided (such as for Shoprite and Takealot) are often inactive or invalid.
Account Blocking: There is a recurring pattern where accounts are suddenly flagged or blocked immediately after a payout is requested.
The Panel Station is happy to take our data but refuses to honor their end of the agreement. I am calling on the company to release my pending rewards immediately. To everyone else: do not waste your time. Your data is valuable, and this company is not paying for it.

My points are in review for over six months!!! Ho w do I get motivated to complete surveys?? I stopped!!!!!

Company Should Improve More, Big SCAM Alert. They Are Eating Points I Have Proof How They Are Cheating Points. My Points Is Still In Review Since 2 months 14 days or 10 weeks 5 days From The Date of Survey Taken on Date 24/Aug/2025. I Had Raised Support Ticket Regarding Issue For Points Pending But They Simply Reply We Are Working On It And We Had Escalated Issue But They Are Not Adding Points. 4000 Points Still Pending My Panelist ID - 18851153. Date - 24-08-2025, Points - 4000, Consumer survey, Survey ID - 228758

Please do not trust this survey panel. I have now been fighting battles with them for months on end and trust me, you won't win. Tonight I decided to "cash in" the few points I had, only for them to demand that I complete MORE profile questions in order to proceed and/or qualify to redeem above mentioned points. Needless to say, that did not work (as with most things with them). To top it off, I get disqualified from 99.999% of their surveys. I have given up and will now delete my profile and unsubscibe permanently. Please do not waste your time as your efforts will NOT be awarded. As an after thought - do not even try to get help from them - their bott is useless and their actual human client service department even worst.

Would give lover than 1 star if possible. I had 1100 points in review for over two months that means I spent 30 min on a survey and was never paid. I escalated it multiple times and it is never resolved they simply don’t want to pay me. Stay away from this company as there are so many better ones out there that pay you asap

YOU DO GET NICE REWARDS THEY NEED TO PUT MORE THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY FINISH

I think the people in the other reviews haven't gotten enough points to redeem it, because there is a minimum of 700 points to redeem vouchers, personally for me it works just fine and I've redeemed 2 giftcards already.

The panel station survey is a big scam and they disabled the redeem of vouchers and not replying for assistance.

Have enough points to cash out, BUT I have to do "another" survey first. And of course, I've tried over, and over, and over... Every survey is closed.

I got an appointment for the interview at 14.15 and the staff text me to cancel the interview at 14.25 !!

What went wrong this time? Are you kidding. I must have spent ages on 5 different surveys only to be told that I did not fit the profile, or that the survey had closed. In addition, several surveys froze or the catcha phrase didn't load.

I would advise people to stay away from The Panel Station & not waste their time with this garbage website.

After having recently signed up, today I accurately and honestly completed my first (approximately 17 minutes) survey. To my surprise, frustratingly and most annoyingly, I submitted it only to receive a "survey now closed" message.
I have a clever 🤔🙄🤬 idea, if that's the case, why don't you tell me that the survey is closed at the BEGINNING INSTEAD OF THE END, so that I (and no doubt countless others) do not waste their valuable time for ZERO remuneration??? Surely that wouldn't be too much to ask, and it may even stop you from getting such NEGATIVE REVIEWS 👎👎👎👎❌❌❌❌ as mine!

Fraud Website For Survey.. 🥵🥵 👎👎 When I Redeemed After (5000) In the month Of July..Bcoz, I Have Collected (5000 Points).In the Same Month Of last July...Then, I Redeemed For My (2 Voucher Code) they Have Given Me Only One Voucher Code After Very Long Time Of Waiting 😡😡 My Other (2500 Points) Voucher Code Still Pending On their Site.But, Instead Of Giving Back My July Month Pending Voucher Code Of (2500 Points) They have Counted My Previous (Feb.) month

This is the worse survey experience so far. Do not waste time and effort. Surveys consistenly unavailable. Never have this issue with the other survey companies. I have tested them for several months and the same nonsense.

this website totally useless.i f* them off bcz i worked on this platform more thank one year i am a legend member of it.they change their policy day to day for them onely for them they dont look at their coustomer what they want.
