2nd time product was received warm in melted ice pack

2nd time this year that my medication arrived very warm and ice pack was completely thawed. Cheap packaging.

I tried to call customer service. Was on hold for several minutes and call was disconnected. This happened several times over the past week.

Sent an email and was told via email that the medication "would be fine". Asked why I was paying for expedited delivery that supposed to be packed in ice so that the medication stayed cold and then to be told it would be fine if it arrived warm. Does not make sense! I responded that it was unacceptable and would like a replacement or refund. Manager again said it would be fine and they were sorry for my frustration. Horrible customer service! I have received the same medication from other companies that was sent in cooler packs and always arrived cold. Bliv is not concerned about the customer- just their profit.

Our medications are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs and undergo stability testing to ensure they remain safe and effective during normal shipping conditions. The medication remains safe and effective at temperatures up to 86°F (30°C) for 21 days, and it can tolerate temperatures up to 104°F (40°C) for up to 4 days. Even if the ice packs are no longer cold when your package arrives, your medication is still well within safe temperature limits. However, we completely understand why receiving a shipment with thawed ice packs would be concerning, especially when you have experienced this more than once.

We are also sorry to hear about your experience with our phone system and that you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed. That is certainly not the experience we want for our patients.

Impressed with overall experience

Impressed with the pricing. The ordering process went smoothly and the delivery was quick. After the Doctor approved an prescription my order was delivered after that maybe 3 days tops 4. Customer service does answer quickly but only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they stated the pharmacy will only provide 8-10 syringes with your order and my order of course is a 12 week regimen. I was disappointed that they didn't give enough supplies for the full 12 weeks. I was advised to buy more at Amazon. That is fine except already spending the amount of money I did I shouldn't have to order elsewhere.
I am on my second week and started having no food noise and little appetite within 3 days of taking my 1st injection.
I can see myself ordering again from Bliv.

They were not honest about the price

They were not honest about the price as advertised they advertised for $58 but I was charged over $300 for a little vial and needles and they didn’t even include instructions. I had to google how to give myself an injection sweating and terrified. I’ve never put a needle in myself before. Now I am on my period and my cycle is really heavy like super heavy and the pain is way worse than it’s ever been since I put the medicine in me. I only took the 10 mg like it said. My hormones feel really crazy like I had heavy periods before but I’ve never had to wear ultra size tampons and an overnight pad while working and still bleeding through my pants. Just be careful before you use this medicine

After getting ripped off from MediV...

After getting ripped off from MediV I found Bliv. 6 months for $599 no contract no one taking money without authorization and no more sneaky price increases. If I need anything I text or email and get prompt attention. It's been 3 months and I'm losing at a healthy rate I am 15 lbs down and will continue. Ordering is painless delivery is within 2 days after approval and I have 2 friends that have started using them as well. Saving money in times like this is crucial.

Disappointed. I specifically confirmed in advance…

I specifically confirmed in advance that the semaglutide I was purchasing was not compounded with B12 due to a prior adverse reaction I experienced. That confirmation was the sole reason I decided to move forward with ordering again.

Unfortunately, the medication I received did contain B12, which was completely different from my understanding at the time of purchase. After previously experiencing significant side effects that required bloodwork and follow-up with my local provider over hormonal concerns, this was not a minor detail for me.

While I understand the company’s requirement for a nursing consultation, I am extremely disappointed that after proactively reaching out and verifying this information beforehand, I still ended up spending more than $300 on a medication that did not match what had been communicated to me.

Overall, this experience has left me frustrated and concerned about the accuracy and consistency of the information provided to patients and unlikely to provide any positive feedback when I was told to reach out to schedule a nursing consult.

At the time you were originally advised, the medication was not compounded with any additional ingredients. It appears this change happened around the same time the pharmacy was making formulation adjustments to remain compliant with newer FDA regulations and compounding guidance.
