Feel very disappointed . I’ve been very satisfied with BLiv…

I’ve been very satisfied with BLiv until now! I lost 40 pounds and kept it off. I’ve been on it for a year and a half but recently they changed their formulation. The pharmacy added B12, which is not as effective as just Tirzepatide on its own.

Nursing top tier!

I love ths company!!
I check in every few months with the nurses and am always happy with the advice the thoughts they provide. Most recently, I chatted with Stephanie and as usual, very pleasant and helpful for my journey. Highly recommend utlizing those nursing calls. Its a valuable tool, that truly we always have access too.

This company is not honest

This company is not honest. They say they will send 3 months ( which you pay for) and the send one months and give a dosage that is so small to last 3 months, I was supposed to be on 50 units per week they send me 6 units per week so it would last . My complaints were ignored and if you call the help line you will hold for a long amount of time then be disconnected! I called many time this happened every time.beware!

I got the compounded tirzepatide…

I got the compounded tirzepatide quickly and was approved quickly which is a positive. However, my medication arrived warm. The ice pack was completely warm. Not cool or cold in the slightest. AI said it could affect the effectiveness of the medication and since I don’t feel difference after 2 weeks I believe it to be true. Disappointed.

I received less than 1/2 the medication…

I received less than 1/2 the medication than my previous orders and they still charged me over $600. I tried getting a refund and they won’t refund. They didn’t let me know before the purchase. Also, I only received 8 weeks of medication instead of the usual 12 weeks and charged the same price. Will never order from Bluv again.

We would also like to clarify that information regarding these changes has been available in the patient portal for the past several weeks. Additionally, you did receive the full amount of medication associated with the vial that was purchased. Because we operate on a vial-based model with no membership fees or long-term contracts, all medication is shipped at once, and patients simply reorder when additional medication is needed.

The duration of a vial is directly impacted by your prescribed weekly dose. Higher weekly doses will result in a vial lasting fewer weeks than lower weekly doses, even when the total amount of medication received is correct. We understand this can be confusing when comparing orders over time, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification.

Customer No Service

Unfortunately I changed providers to Bliv for pricing. Turns out you get what you pay for. Bad product and customer service willing to do nothing except provide prewritten AI responses to my concerns. I will not renew with this provider and do not recommend using them.
