it's been good so far. The set up was easy and medicne came well packaged and cold

Unfortunately I’m frustrated. My 6-month prescription payment cleared my account 7/6 and was approved and submitted to be filled that day as well. To date, it’s not been filled. I’ve dealt with other GLP vendors and this is concerning. It shouldn’t take this long to fill an approved prescription. It also is concerning that you have 6 months of payments from me and I don’t have my medication. From a customer service standpoint, turnaround time if emails is days. I’ve also received multiple emails sharing with me how to be successful on the meds these emails assume I’ve started. Your ads are everywhere and they prominently promote 2-day delivery after quick approval. That’s not been my experience. Your prices well. I’ve heard good things about your product, but communication goes a long way. And I feel nervous not excited based on hearing very little about when I can expect the product I paid for. Any updates would be appreciated.

Have only received one shipment so far. It was on time and what I ordered. However, it’s really difficult to login to the embody portal. Idk how to change my information or reach out to anyone.

My order hasn't even shipped and it's been 10 days since I purchased it on the 5th. I have written a couple times because I am due for my shot today. No one has answered since I emailed yesterday and it's after 5:00pm. I really want to be able to give 5 stars

I did the research and found Embody. I'm so happy that I did. The questionnaire was quick and easy. The website was easy to navigate and understand and also pricing is as advertised. Once the doctors approved my prescription it was less than a week before it arrived. The prescriptions are clear and each month has all the supplies I need to dose each week. I did the 3 month package and im so happy that I did. Also when I needed to ask a question I logged into my account and wrote on the communication tab and got a response within a day. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Everything Embody promise from the cost to the product, you received. They've given me support and guidance, I look forward in my weight loss journey with Embody. Its only been 5 days and I've lost 2.5lbs. I'm just excited about this product.

I LOVE the price and the fact that it includes everything, including communication with medical personnel. Best of all, the price remains the same, regardless of dosage! There is no membership requirement either. All of these things are very rare. The process was super easy, I received my 1st shipment in about a week and there was consistent communication during that time. It arrived in a cute little styrofoam cooler and the dosing directions were easy to understand. That was not the case with my previous provider.

I still have not received my order yet I am told it was delivered on July 9th.
