My question was answered but no solution was offered. When I replied back to the message with questions, I was sent an automated response stating they could not locate my membership and to call a phone number or email (the same email address) I was currently communicating through. Unreal.

You sent me 3 emails on the same day saying i was rejected, then, congratulations we have your money and will be send your prescription to the pharmacy. Then, sorry , you are too old for NAD. I never asked for NAD. Today is 10 days since getting those very confusing emails. I have no idea when the product will, if ever arrive. I will wait 10 business days and if i have no product will file a claim.
Poor communication, poor service. I believe I chose this company due to the marketing claim that I would receive this in a few days. You might want to rethink that statement.
