I asked a question every month never got a response

It was very easy to use the website and the communication with the doctor was simple as well.

Great experience

For years I couldn't lose the weight I wanted to. Diets never worked or gained weight right back. I used this until I made it to my goal weight. I had to stop for a medical procedure and I have been off of it for 4weeks and I am still the same weight as when I stopped. I feel like it reset my system! Experience after the first couple of months has been very consistent. Shipping has been very quick and reliable.

Efficiency

Layla has been so easy to work with. They respond in a timely fashion and go out of their way to ensure the customer experience is smooth and problem-free. I would definitely recommend to others.

Zero stars for customer service. I was charged incorrectly, reached out and never got any response. I contacted customer service through the portal AND email. Nothing. The $98 your company overcharged me was enough to make me never renew with you and alert the weight loss community to do the same. With so many companies out there offering the same exact product, why not stand out as a company that doesn’t take advantage of their customers? Shameful and despicable business practice.

Meds always arrived timely. The issue was when I complained of the medicine not working properly they offered no suggestions for other treatments. Their suggestion was to eat and drink/exercise according to the instructions they sent me when I started the meds. I can assure you I did all of that. Offering other options would have been a better response. Not all meds work for all people.

Easy to navigate the sign up and approval process. I've been a client for the past 10 months and loving the new 50lb less me. Highly recommend this company.

Terrible. Zero help from the doctors. No individualized care or responses. Everything was automatic and pre written. When I asked a question about my path with medication, I was immediately dropped from the website and lost all access. TERRIBLE!!!

The response rate is always quick. I get questions answered in a timely fashion and feel there is care and concern in the response

You need to have a customer service that will answer the telephone instead of doing everything through email. A lot of people like to talk to a human not a computer.

Love this, it is so much better than going to a office every month.
