Finally something that works!

For years I couldn't lose the weight I wanted to. Diets never worked or gained weight right back. I used this until I made it to my goal weight. I had to stop for a medical procedure and I have been off of it for 4weeks and I am still the same weight as when I stopped. I feel like it reset my system! I would give zero stars if I could

Zero stars for customer service. I was charged incorrectly, reached out and never got any response. I contacted customer service through the portal AND email. Nothing. The $98 your company overcharged me was enough to make me never renew with you and alert the weight loss community to do the same. With so many companies out there offering the same exact product, why not stand out as a company that doesn’t take advantage of their customers? Shameful and despicable business practice.

Could have offered other options

Meds always arrived timely. The issue was when I complained of the medicine not working properly they offered no suggestions for other treatments. Their suggestion was to eat and drink/exercise according to the instructions they sent me when I started the meds. I can assure you I did all of that. Offering other options would have been a better response. Not all meds work for all people.

Terrible

Terrible. Zero help from the doctors. No individualized care or responses. Everything was automatic and pre written. When I asked a question about my path with medication, I was immediately dropped from the website and lost all access. TERRIBLE!!!
