No customer service once they get your…

No customer service once they get your money. Once they have your money, it is impossible to talk to a person. There is no phone number to call. You get this AI chat that doesn’t solve the problem. The shipment dates were incorrect, the doses were incorrect and I cannot get it corrected. I do not recommend them.

Do NOT use this company, non existent customer service, cannot be reached, I tried to cancel my account a dozen times, wanted to stop my last shipment over a week prior delivery, I was told the care team would get in contact with me several times! NEVER HAPPENED! no luck! I keep on getting the same email robo answer! I had to block the payment on my credit card! and I’m going to refuse delivery, stay away from this company!!!!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬

Horrible communication

The communication and responsiveness of JoinPiper is abhorrent. Received my prescription refill and it was damaged and warm and one vial hardly is filled. Reached out to support and received no response, reached out to a doctor and the response was to follow up with support. Chat, emails, and no response. No follow up on lacking of increase in dosage, no improvement from taking the TRZ for 3 months and get the response continually, just stay on it and some people take longer to respond. The communication is unacceptable, but they definitely take your money quickly.

Horrible experience with this company

Horrible experience with this company! Placed order last week on a Wednesday and got approved the same day. Everything after that went down hill to say the least. My prescription has been sitting at pharmacy for a week and I reached out via chat/email being the only way you can get ahold of this company and was told 2 days ago that my prescription had been filled and was awaiting shipping. Well 2 days has passed and still shows @ pharmacy and I have messaged them several more times just do be ignored. So I am guessing I just got took for $230... atleast I just did 1 month instead of the 3 month or 6 month... I defiently would not recommend this company unless your not worried about having your $$ taken and no product to show for

Finally found a good one

I was really nervous about switching from my old provider because I didn’t want to start over at the lowest dose again. Piper let me stay on my current maintenance dose which was a HUGE relief. Super simple.. Just got my second shipment and it’s been smooth sailing.

My review is for a purchase on November 4, 2025. It appears the Piper has now gone downhill, but my experience was good. I received the Tirzepatide 2 days after placing the order. Communication was with a real person (not a BOT). The vials are clearly marked and instruction very clear and simple. Today, I was about to place another order but noticed it's now impossible to talk to a real person. I realized there are now better options out there in terms of pricing and service. Seeing the reviews from Jan 2026, I would NOT recommend ordering from Piper. They clearly ran into issues. I ended up going with NativeMed instead. Slightly cheaper and decent service.

Horrible. They ripped me off.

I ordered my medication over two weeks ago and they put the wrong address on my package. I contacted them to fix my address and everything has been screwed up since. UPS says they have created a label but no shipments have gone out for me. I've contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. After I filed the dispute, I was unable to access the joinpiper website at all! My password wouldn't work and when I requested a password reset, they never sent the link email. So shady!

So far my experience has been terrible

So far my experience has been terrible. I ordered my GLP 1 on Saturday Jan 10th and got approved the same day and it is now Jan 16th and the order is still at the pharmacy. No one live has gotten back to me and it just seems they ghosted me. I read reviews and they all raved how fast their approval was and how they received their order in a matter of 48 hours. If my order isn’t shipped next week I’m writing to the BBB.

I was only sent half of what was…

I was only sent half of what was supposed to be sent. Each vial supports two weeks only and I only got one vial for each month 1 though 3. I confirmed the dosages through ChatGPT and also each package said QTY 2 but there was only 1.

I have yet to receive a return email from Piper on anything.

im still waiting my order and week…

im still waiting my order and week passed. i send email and no answer. I contacted via "chat" 1st response came one day later and no help "they are investigating", i send several other messages and no answer. I am filing chargeback . I even called the number on the credit card statement and goes to electronic voicemail. Very shady "business". BEWARE !

An incredibly shady company

I was interested at first by Piper, their prices seemed great. I did my own research, saw many people commenting on service, efficacy compared to other brands, and then I noticed all of their ads were AI - they never showed ANY real results. When I commented asking why that was, they literally BLOCKED me. An entire company blocked a consumer based on one comment asking why they used AI ads instead of real customers with real results. If that doesn't scream shady with everything else, I don't know what would. I DO NOT trust Piper whatsoever.

Absolutely no guidance if something goes wrong, like standard dosing not for you. No accountability, no communication, ghosted me. Doctor also stopped replying. Upon further investigation realized this product is not even FDA-approved.
