Just took my first shot from piper. delivery was fast and the kit came with everything I needed ( syringes, pads etc ). off to a good start.

DON'T EXPECT YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED TIMELY

Medication took longer than expected to arrive. Not thrilled that all three months were sent at once. Getting in touch with someone is IMPOSSIBLE and their slow response to the chat in their portal is BEYOND frustrating. Trying to get an answer to a question regarding dosage has taken 4 days... yes, 4 days... and still no usable answer. DO NOT RECOMMEND PIPER!

Avoid Join Piper

The sign up was incredibly easy. Very slick interface. I just answered the health questions and was approved. I had no doctor consultation in advance of approval. Just drop your money and you're ready to go. It took about 10 days to get my medication which I thought was odd. I was previously using a different company and had several months of Tirzepatide usage under my belt. I was changing because Join Piper was several hundred dollars less monthly. Although it irritated me a little, the shipping time was a minor irritation. The real problem was the medication and the support. The medication I received from Join Piper, which was filled by a company called Vials RX, did not work. At all. This was the 10 mg dose. With Citizen Meds the medication was as expected. I had zero appetite, I could only eat a few ounces of food and then only every 6 to 8 hours as the stomach empty slowly. I was constipated. I had every symptom that people routinely complain about. However, I had learned to live with it and the way it was coming off. I forced myself to eat 500 too a thousand calories a day. After my first dosage of the new medication from Join Piper, the symptoms went away. All of them. I became hungry again, I had no constipation, I could eat every hour. It was as if there were zero medicine in the injections. Join Piper has an app but good luck getting anybody to respond to you other than the AI. Once you sign up you're on your own. Would take 24 to 48 hours for a human to get back to me and then it would be "someone will reach out to you in 24 to 48 hours." I did a little research on Vials RX and apparently they just got there compounding license in Texas. These guys are literally a couple of months old. I had to switch providers again and throw away the medication from Join Piper. Because it wasn't medication. I'm not sure what I was injecting into my stomach but it certainly wasn't a GLP1. I would say avoid this company at all costs.

Don't

I joined Piper in November of 25. The medicine is completely ineffective. I had quite a bit of food noise, I was always hungry and actually gained a few pounds. When I was ABLE to reach customer service to have them cancel my subscription, today I find it's been delivered to my door and they've charged me for it. I'm pissed.

They respond fast until they take your…

They respond fast until they take your payment, then everything slows down. Their system is misleading: they approve a dosage increase, bill your card, and then your account still shows a lower dose — with no clear confirmation of what will actually be shipped.

I started with Ro, then TrimRx, and finally Piper. Out of all three, Piper is easily the worst. Ro has a membership fee, but you pay for what you get: real communication and accountability.

Unless you’re okay with delays and don’t need support, avoid Piper.

If you are looking for a provider that…

If you are looking for a provider that has good customer service, Piper is not that. They have an AI pot to answer questions and you have to wait a minimum of 4 hours to get a reply to a message...and in my case it was over a day before someone replied. There is no phone and no way to have a dialog with this company. There are many other providers that have a 800 number and a live person to reply to a message immediately. If you want a good price for your GLP-1 AND great customer service, do a search for another provider. You can NEVER speak to anyone at piper or expect an immediate response if you have questions or need information.

Terrible!

Terrible!! I have previously used Semiglutide & had great results. I only used it for 3 months & wanted to take a break before trying it again. I then decided to try Piper. This was a huge mistake & waste of money.

I placed my order with Piper. It was approved quickly but then they said it shipped & it sat in “waiting for pickup” for 2 days. Then it shipped & was delayed several days again. It did finally arrive after 9pm one evening. I told them it was no longer cold. They said it was fine. I began taking it but did not notice any of the feelings you usually get with this medication. I still took it as prescribed.

When I began my second vial I contacted the Dr because I had actually gained 5 pounds. They said “just keep taking it, it takes time to lose weight” ok but I have used this before & did not gain weight. I told them I was not happy. They said just take it as prescribed. I have now taken it for 4 months & the only weight I lost was the 5 pounds I gained from it 3 months ago.

Piper claims to “create meds special for you” I don’t think it’s authentic. They put additives in their vials too. Some of them arrive pink (B12) supposedly. I ordered it without the additives yet they added them anyways.

Reaching out to support does nothing. Messaging the dr does nothing. The injections do nothing!! This company is a scam!! I highly recommend you do more research & avoid “join piper” I am
Out $500 & have zero results to show for it. Although now that my refills have been declined, now they want to message me. Yeah, I know it declined, I blocked you from charging my card again. I tried to resolve this but they could care less about my issues with their product. All they cared about was collecting another payment. Avoid this company!! I

Great experience & communication

I have had a really good experience so far. I originally ordered 6 mo of Sema before realizing that Tirz is better for me at this point. I emailed them right away to cancel and switch. I received an email the next day as it was MLK Day. They had already sent the Sema so I decided to try it. After 2 weeks, I decided I wanted to cancel the remaining 3mo of my 6 mo prescription and I received an email almost immediately saying that they credited me the remaining balance and that I would need to resubmit for the Tirz. I did and it was shipped the next day overnight. The Sema comes from Hallandale Pharmacy which I believe is really good from reviews and it was overnighted in a sturdy Fed Ex box and the ice was still frozen. The Tirz was shipped from a different pharmacy in TX by UPS and just in the big Silver Bag. But the vials were in prescription plastic bottles each to protect them and the Ice Blocks were still frozen. So far I’m staying with Piper. I’m thinking they just have to work thru being new.

Had an allergic reaction to their…

Had an allergic reaction to their Tirzepatide 15mg compound from their pharmacy named HALLENDALE- This pharmacy has benzyl alcohol as an inactive ingredient. Since taking this dose on Tuesday January 27/2026, the injection site upper front thigh is red and raisedswollen and itchy. If I had known their inactive ingredient had alcohol in it of any kind I wouldnt have never purchased this. Never had an allergic reaction until now. Most compounds have B12 or B6 and glycine as inactive ingredients which did well for me I just transitioned to Piper due to communication issues with previous provider and Piper was worse.. Poor customer service as well,, BEWARE. I wish I could upload pic of Allergic skinreaction.I have already cancelled my subscription. I am transitioning Feb 1/ 2026

I wanted to love this company but…

I wanted to love this company but honestly the tirzepitide is not effective at all. I switched companies to this one because of the pricing and beyond not happy. Their customer service is non existent also. I don’t recommend.

I ordered and no communication at all

I ordered for the compound 15 mg which is the generic brand of zepbound. Because that's what I've been taking since last year. And my dose has been 15 mg since August of last year. I have lost weight, but it's not from this company. My insurance was paying for it, and now I have to come out-of-pocket. And I've been trying all day to try to get someone to talk to me. And I've yet to talk to a person. This is not ideal for me or anyone to have to experience this negligence. And when you're dealing with people and medications and health history and doses, and you would expect someone to immediately reach out to you or message, you email. You call you. Those are things providers will do regardless of where they're practicing.At the point is, is that I am really pissed off right now.And i've heard good things about this website
I've yet to talk to a live person just an AI Bot
And I'm really starting to get very, very stressed out. Because nobody has messaged me called me. Confirmed my information confirmed my dose, nothing nadata, zip, nothing. And I'm really, really mad, because I did the 3 months they knew how to take the money. But they don't know how to communicate, and you would think you want to communicate with someone. Especially with something that's so integrated With someone's health. Please, if somebody can give me an actual phone number. A live support, please. I've been looking and busting my brains trying to look for a phone number and communicating. Obviously is not reliable on the wannabe. Patient portal, which is a freaking joke. There is never anyone to talk to except…

There is never anyone to talk to except a robot and she says that this is above her pay grade so she will have someone answer tomorrow. Then they write an answer but you still have questions but they're gone again, sometimes for the weekend. They will never give you a phone number that you can call. Very strange. First order comes quickly. All the rest take forever.

They are not perfect But Good.

They are not perfect, but they do communicate with me, and so far, I feel good with them. The first dose took a while to get, but it was right at Christmas. My 2nd shipping came right on time. I was concerned about concentration and was able to email back and forth and got all my answers. I feel like they are busy, but they are still there. I have not used another company so cannot compare, but the prices are good, and they are there for you. It just may take patience, but that is OK.
