I’ve been on my weight loss journey with Pomegranate since March, and their guidance has been amazing. While I had a few stagnant months with no progress, the team was always supportive, offering motivation and advice to keep pushing forward. For me, increasing the dose made the difference, but they personalize everything based on your needs. The journey isn’t over yet for me, but I feel more confident and motivated thanks to their ongoing support. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated partner/provider in their weight loss goals!

The communication is awful and every time something goes wrong, they will blame you or gaslight you that you should expect a "long wait time" even though you had an appointment, because that is just how it works when you wait to see a dr. Then when you bring up issues, you are treated awful or completely ignored.

Updated my review . I left the company after being with them since March 2024. Getting Tirzepatide timely was great . I had a great experience with care coordinators . I left Pomegranate due to communication issues with other medical professionals/services. Also Pomegranate is no longer cheapest for compound GLP 1 medications.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. My experience with them was a complete nightmare!! Thankfully, I was only with them one month! I learned real quick they were absolutely awful! Communication was slow & not helpful at all. They sent my meds to my bill to address (which I can’t get packages delivered to) instead of my ship to address even though it was clearly stated correctly on my invoice and receipt that I paid. Then refused to make it right even though it was an error on their part & then tried to blame me for it. I wouldn’t recommend them at all to anybody! RUN AWAY FAST FROM THEM!!! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a telehealth company!

The ghosted me when I emailed asking my referral money from all of the referrals I sent their way. Customer service was hard to get fast replies and when I wanted to cancel I had to go through many ways just to leave the company. Took forever for medicine to be sent and communication on what pharmacy was terrible

Christopher was very knowledgeable and helpful on my initial consultation. Everything was explained and all questions were answered.

The RN I spoke to, Mary Cases, was very informative and detail oriented when answering all of my questions. It was very important to her that I understood why the policies were set in place.

My health and nutritional needs were of the upmost importance when we planned my goals. I was so impressed that she considered my input heavily. Of course, we decided when to order my first shot per the procedure set in place. However, since Mary took the time to get to know me I feel confident that my weight loss journey is off to a great start!

Very transparent from beginning to end. I transferred from paying $1K for trizepatide to PH paying only $400. No issues so far still losing weight and the staff very responsive to any questions you may have and no delay on medications. Definitely recommend pomegranate health for your weight loss needs.

I needed a brief telehealth visit because I was under the weather and needed a note for work. I completed the brief pre-visit with someone. No follow up. I called and texted. No follow up. In that time, I was able to set up and complete a telehealth appointment with a provider through my very basic health insurance and get the work note I needed--all before anyone from Pomegranate called me back. They are okay with weight loss meds--a little clunky to get them sent off. I likely will not try them again for urgent care needs. They aren't very reliable for that.

I am so very pleased with pomegranate. I switched over from another company and I am glad I did!! Their prices and customer satisfaction is way better than I have had!! I recommended them any time I get a chance too!!!

I cannot say enough about this team. They have been so amazing ever since I joined. Very responsive and thorough. The quality of the service and medication they give is above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for help with weight loss.

My experience so far has been wonderful. I send an email when I have questions or concerns and I always get a quick reply. Pricing is wonderful and service has been top tier.

I switched over to pomegranate from musely and I'm so glad I did! Not only are the prices way better, their service and staff is amazing as well. The staff is supporting and always available for any questions outside your appointments. I highly recommend them!

They offer care across all states, including Guam and Puerto Rico, and provide interpreters for non-English speakers, making healthcare truly accessible.

I receive services for skincare, hair loss, dietitian guidance, and compound tirzepatide treatment. Their membership includes unlimited telehealth visits, and they can prescribe through compound pharmacies or local ones if covered by insurance. Communication is seamless—my care team responds quickly via phone, emails and a MyChart-style interface called Charm.

I’ve been really happy with this company having switched from another telehealth that was tanking quickly. The processing until you get your meds takes a little bit longer but you just prepare ahead of time to order early (and they are really good at following up at the date you should be ordering). Highly recommend! Hard to beat their prices too for higher doses.
