Having a good experience with pomegranate. Would recommend!!!

The staff at Pomegranate Health has been more than helpful throughout this process. Being on a GLP-1 is a learning of my body process. There telehealth visits are very convenient. Any questions are addressed in a quick and easy call w/the Provider or Nurse. And if you have any questions or concerns there’s always the Patient Portal for immediate assistance. The pricing of Tirzepatide is affordable from the lowest to highest dose. At this point l’ll be a patient as long as I can afford it.

My experience has been okay if I’m being completely honest. Probably more of a 2.25. The price is great compared with others and I too was told the service is great.

My initial appointments were okay, but there’s been a LOT of communication issues. I missed taking my shot for 2 weeks because the representative failed to put in my order. I get reminders for our monthly appointment, that they schedule without checking with me. It’s always for a particular time and day, yet at that time I always get ghosted. I found out today those specific “appointments” with multiple reminders don’t require a call or anything. Then why send it and have me set aside the time, responding to reminders that I’ll be available, if you aren’t going to call or communicate??? Needless to say, it’s weird and poor communication.

There’s been a LOt more communication mishaps and I actually fired them and told them to terminate my plan as they were being overly difficult and non-responsive, but then they had an about face and reached out that they could fix it and would do so immediately.

I don’t like playing games and want “simple” in my life. I don’t like conflict or complaining or leaving poor reviews, but was asked to complete this and wanted to be honest and transparent.

Am I a customer for life, probably not, but am I still with them because they seem to be the best solution for now, yes.

The appointment was very smooth with clear communication before and after. It was so easy for me to get the consultation I needed. The response was very helpful and considerate.

I’ve been with Pomegranate for a few months now and have had a great experience. Good communication, efficient service, and most importantly- good results! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an all inclusive telehealth service.

I will say I’ve been on this journey for a couple of months now to lose weight, and I don’t know I guess part of even with me being overweight it’s been difficult always looking for the next best thing. So I joined Pomegranate because some of the ladies that are on a platform that I am on said that they were fantastic. I have to say in the very beginning yes that was true and the pricing was very compatible with other companies and with what I was looking for. meaning when I needed to talk to someone if I had questions and things like that. The thing I guess I don’t like is I understand that they get a discount for Having different pharmacies that they use but when it comes to a persons body, this is my body. I get to decide what I want to inject in my body and what I don’t. Now with that being said I wanted to switch pharmacies and they tell me you can’t go back to this pharmacy you had, And They offered me the Pharmacy Hollandale not knowing this pharmacy and the take it or leave it attitude the woman that was speaking with me had I was so taken a back, then when I reached back out to them about coming back and picking the pharmacy that I wanted and paying this fee off $150 I believed would be a one time fee! That’s a laugh she started NO that’s on top of the monthly membership fee and the $299 a month fee that it then would be a $150 a month fee. Note the kicker was that they had offered this pharmacy as my pharmacy and now coming back there’s an extra fee. They’re not worth it. That’s just not acceptable. I think that yes I understand people who don’t care what pharmacy their medication comes from, but there are people who do, and I think that needs to be looked at, and not just thrown out as a matter fact the end. I’m more than my credit card and it’s not their body , so I wouldn’t recommend them.

Join Pomegranate is a NIGHTMARE

Signing up for this service was the biggest mistake I've made in my weight loss journey. I was started off at a medical spa and wanted to go to a virtual provider for the cost savings, but you truly get what you pay for with them. There's a real reason why their price is the lowest. Your first visit when you sign up is with a great provider, but you will never talk to that person again after sign up. After they get your credit card information you will spend your months chasing down "Virtual Medical Assistants" who live in the Philippines and are unprofessional as heck and the doctor who runs it is even worse. This scam is a WHOLE mess.

I have been with Pom health for about 2 months. Happy with the service they are providing me with. The fact that zepbound can be hard to find, it's nice to have an alternative for compounding. They have been kind and the service is great.

Love Pomegranate! I called 15 pharmacies to find my meds that were back ordered, and decided to switch to compounds. So glad I did! Super easy, got a next day appointment and my meds were sent to the pharmacy the next day. Saved me so much stress. So happy I made the switch!
