Very good package, everything arrived in perfect condition. No problem with customs, very good quality. Easy ordering and good prices. My recommendation if you want to order from Germany!

Very Bad Service!
I have a defect Part. The seller does not help.
1. Open Ticket at 05/05/2021. He close the Ticket hat 14/05/2021 with no help
2. Open Ticket at 14/05/2021 with no answer until today (05.06)

Very Very Bad.

On another order, the original packaging was completely destroyed. He wanted to provide a solution, but then never got an answer.

Made three orders by now. Received every order within ten days. No Problems with customs in Germany.

Shipping was fast but my order is missing parts and I opened a case a week ago. Nobody replied and I can't reach anyone with the chat.

Everything as expected and nice! ordered first the Cada ferrari and now a second Cada Set. The Ferrari was VERY WELL packaged.
Jointoy also answers within 24 hours at least and makes costum options if you live in another country

PowerFunctions will be send in a seperated package which can take a little longer than the normal bricks.

Fast delivery, not problems with customs, complete package, no missing parts. Unfortunately 1 window was scratched from mould King although we purchased with box.

On my technic set parts are missing. Overall, the parts of three construction steps are missing. Also one motor is missing.
Despite repeated demands, the missing bricks and motor were not delivered. Therefore absolutely no purchase recommendation.

Everything was good. The model could be a bit more stable.

Ordered twice this year, both times everything was alright. Tracking can be some kind of difficult but both packages found their way to me.
Minus one star for the very tight packages with slightly damaged instructions.

Very recommendable shop. Ordered several times and everything worked out well. In case there is a problem, the shop responds quickly via Facebook messenger and takes care of the issue. A broken part was resent immediately. I am sure to order again in the future.

Great shop, every parcel is shipped in the next 24hours and it is send very fast to Germany normally it takes no longer then two weeks. I love to order in this shop.

Fast delivery and excellent packaging!
I ordered a Cada deTech Set and received it very well packed in original box in excellent condition and after just 14 days (Germany). The Power Functions were sent seperately and I received a second tracking ID after asking for it. I allready ordered two more sets! So far I can just recommend jointoy as a happy customer!

Just recieved my order (Germany). Ordered a set with the original Box (Mould King) It was perfectly wrapped! Even the edges were specifically protected. I am very pleased. Going to order agian if i can order with Original Box again. Reccomend this store!

The delivery was a bit tricky, but in sum everything was good and recommendable.

Ordered Pista 488. Ordered on January 20th, was delivered on February 9th. It was chinese new year so fair enough.
On February 10th I opened a ticket that the remote was missing. Until today no response for that ticket. Still missing the remote. I started assembly of the set and noticed that i was missing some parts. So I contacted the support with a new ticket and let them know about the missing parts. 4 days went by without a reply and i wanted to check if I was at fault but as i checked the following building steps I found that I was missing several other parts as well. I checked some youtube videos to find out which bag contains the missing parts and it turned out that i was missing a whole bag! I added another message to the ticket on the 22nd of February and got a reply on 24th of February to submit a picture of the missing part from the building instructions. I submitted the picture on February 25th but haven't heard from them since. I have an unfinished model standing in my living room for over a month and no help from support.
Do not buy from JoinToy, support ist abyssmal and takes a lot of time to react. More so I haven't received anything that is missing.
