I have ordered the Tiger I from Cada. Since I wanted to stream an unboxing and later give away the tank, I ordered with original packaging. It does state that they do not guarantee the $10.5 packaging, but everything should come in "good foam". With this I have experience that fits. It came in a plastic wrapped with padding and looks 0/10. No response to inquiries, the message was not even read. Approached Paypal and asked for assistance. The solution: "Return at your own expense ($ 30)" Thanks for nothing!

Shipping was fast, but several bags are missing. Ticket created a month ago and no reply until today.

Never again!

UPDATE:
PayPal Buyer Protection filed and a few hours later the ticket was finally answered. The missing parts were then shipped immediately.

Great! Everything went as told and everything is complete!

Did a custom brick order (350€!) over jointoy. First was everything fine. Some parts arrived but this was everything. More than the half of the parts are still missing. After over a year of waiting, 4 month of no response (not even via facebook private, facebook company or company homepage) this is my last hope.
