I got 2 frames and I loved them both. Their frame selection is beautiful and very unique. There was a slight problem with one due to an issue with my eyes, nothing to do with the frame so I decided to return it. The customer service experience was excellent, fast and courteous. They got back to me within a day and I was able to get another pair. I highly recommend Jollynova and will be purchasing from them again.

The Jollynova support team did an outstanding job in assisting me in resolving an issue that was 100% on my side. We will definitely buy more of their unique products from them in the future.

I provided my eye glass Len prescription and Jollynova noticed that I ordered the photochromic color lenses,
I needed to change to Progressive Blue light Photochromic Lens 1.61 High-Index? There was a small price different and they discounted that price.
I will definitely be using Jollynova again.

I read the reviews, all of them the good and the bad!! After seeing mixed reviews, I was a little hesitant, but the price was so good I figured, what do I have to lose? I’m so glad I took the chance because these glasses are not only affordable and fashionable, they are great quality!! I find very little difference in these and the frames I get at Costco, LensCrafters and other eyeglass places, such as Warby Parker!! I don’t know what happened with those people who had a bad experience, but I did not!! I will definitely be using JollyNova again and again… And again!!
