I am disappointed with customer service.
I ordered Pappkoffert Pink Leo 2-pack, and that came broken one. I sent a complaint, they answered me after a couple of days, and since then, no one has responded to my email. 6 days have passed. It's a shame that they don't even want to answer an email when they don't find a solution to send a new one. Not good at all.
