I really love the product I ordered from you. It matches my expectations.

I just received the Miracle Balm in Tawny and it has a very rancid smell like bad oil. I really dislike it and can't wear it because of the smell. The color also is nothing great. Don't waste your 40 bucks. There are SO many products out there that are great compared to this terrible product!

I love my JRB products. They look and feel amazing.

Being able to let someone help me pick the shade for me was awesome. I would have chosen the wrong color! The response was so fast and made me feel confident in placing an order.

I've been buying Jones Road products since 2021. Always appreciate the quality of ingredients. Product is lovely to wear, feels great all day.

Product was poor for a foundation, and the refund is still missing. Jones Road, very poor show. No refund after 6 weeks and now you have said I need to contact shop pay. What a disgrace

I just did like how the product felt on my skin

Placed an order for a Christmas present for my sister on 30/11. Order still hasn’t arrived. Emailed Jones Road on 15/12 and 18/12 and they still haven’t responded. There is no phone number to ring to query the whereabouts of my order. Simply not good enough.

Jones Road has been a game changer for me. Realizing I need different products for my aging skin I decided to give this a shot and was shocked at how well this worked for me! The products offer the right amount of coverage without making me look older. Their customer service is as good if not better than their products! If you haven't tried them yet, give them a shot! You will not be disappointed!

I love the Miracle Balm!! I have ordered several shades and each one is wonderful. I also love the tinted moisturizer- I mix a few shades together.I feel that I finally found a make up company that gets my skin. I am over 60 and Jones Road gives me a natural- dewy look. I love it enough to buy the balm trio for my girlfriends.I placed an order in late November and unfortunately, I never received it. I emailed Jones Road- explained the problem- and they sent a new order out!!! No questions- just great customer service!! You have a loyal follower because you have a great product and you value your customers!

It was frustrating that the website had issues (for over a week) and would only offer a gift card rather than a refund for items that were returnable for a refund.
However, when I eventually was able to reach customer service, a few emails back and forth resolved the issue.

I love this product line. I placed an order and two items were missing. Matthew from customer service cleared it all up. I'm very grateful!

I have been a fan of JR and their products.

Recently I purchased my second order of mini miracle balms and they smell so horrible that I cannot use them. They normally smell fresh, citrusy - but this batch smelled stale or expired.

I have contacted support 3 times, reached out to the social sites - nothing.

These are supposed to be premium products at a premium price but this time the quality did not meet the standards I’m sure the company would want to uphold.

Havent got my order and its been two weeks! No reply from their NON EXISTING custmer service! Very dissapointed!

Just bought the tinted moisturiser. I’m 60 with redness from broken veins. This product is wonderful. It provides very reasonable coverage definitely evens out the skin tone. Feels good. Pencil fab too. I’m delighted as I’m not good with foundation.

Worst experience ever! Havent got my order and its been three weeks! No reply from their VERY bad custmer service! Very very dissapointed!
