Jones Road Beauty gave me very poor customer service. I purchased $140 of products in December 2025. Their return policy offers a refund if initiated within 30 days of purchase. I emailed asking for a refund on some of the products. Didn't get a confirmation that they received it, so I emailed again. They apologized, saying they were extremely busy. Once again, I contacted them, and got the same reply. Then I received an email asking how their service was. Even after giving them a poor rating, I didn't hear back.

Just last week (Jan. 2026,) I contacted my credit card company to ask for a refund.

I never heard from Jones Road Beauty. BTW, there is no phone number for the company.

The foundation and face pencils were heavier than I was expecting when I applied them as shown in Jones Road videos. A friend asked me how I liked the products and I told her the same thing so she showed me a different (lighter) way to apply them. With a few brushes of blush and finishing powder over the (lightly applied) foundation, it's just the way I want my face to look.

I got the brow pencil in brunette- I can’t believe how amazing this pencil is- I have been looking for a pencil that would replace a discontinued one I used to use as my holy grail, and had finally given up that I would ever find one- but I now have- please Jones Road, don’t ever discontinue this product!!

Customer service doesn’t even begin to cover how great JRB's product experts are. Over the last year, they have helped me transform how I wear makeup and what makeup I wear. From finding the perfect match WTF, Just Enough, and Face Pencils to applying bronzer, blush, and Miracle Balm to the eye shadows, liners, and mascara to compliment my eye, they're awesome. I no longer look cakey and overdone but fresh, bright eyed, and glowing. Thanks also for making me feel like part of the club with inclusive emails and texts. Great products + great customer service=perfection.

Jones road advertised return policy is dishonest!
I wanted to return several of the products for refund as they advertised free and easy returns. Instead they told me to keep the products and issued a gift card for the value.
This is worth nothing to me - I hate the products so I threw them in the garbage. And I have no use for the gift card because - once again - I hate their products, duh?

Bought some make up for a birthday surprise for my wife but someone decided to wrap the parcel in JonesRoad branded tape. She had a big smile when telling me a parcel had arrived that day but there goes her birthday surprise.

I’m a fan of their products and have bought several items. However, my daughter bought me a party kit for Christmas. One of the three items arrived broken and unusable. I’ve emailed them three times over the past weeks. No response.

Did not get my package after 11 days.

It’s very pretty when you put it on. It’s very greasy though. My eyeliner and eyebrow pencil wouldn’t go on very well because of the greasiness. I also have to put SO much powder on to get to stay in place. The foundation moves very easily. It’s very slick to the touch. I would love it if they made to last all day and it would be capable of staying in place. Also it not being so greasy you can’t put other products on that well. You got to use a lot more than usual. Like eyeshadow and eyeliner. Somehow it disappears. But very pretty on the skin just it was more functional.

Love the products I have tried and continue to explore more. I am 44 and as I age my skin needs have changed. JRB has beautiful makeup that meets my aging skin needs while staying true to my minimalist makeup approach and enhancing my natural aesthetic.

I received online help to pick out the best WTF shade for me. It took about a day to get feedback, but she was thorough in her explanation and also gave pointers on how to use it effectively.

The color of this particular product is PERFECT. The help I get when I order is very customer focused, professional and most important, knowledgable about products. They are well educated and prepped.

Refund was easy to do and Got it in a timely manner. A very good company to work with.

I’m turning 40 this year, and I’m not much a regular make up person, so I wanted something to help with covering dark spots and to brighten my face without a full coverage look. I wanted something that looked natural and a little glowy. I sent a few pictures to the Jones Road team for matching and they gave the perfect suggestions. I LOVE all the products but especially the WTF and the miracle balm. The products are very non intimidating and easy to use.

I just turned 40 and I got the foundation ( it’s sooooo nice and smooth ) and pen ( also very good and covers great ) I have very dry skin and it’s not making my skin dry at all- I absolutely love it!!! My boyfriend did say that it’s smells very heavy but it’s not bad smell 🙂

about a year ago I tried the WTF foundation - I was using it over a heavier spf. I'm an spf junkie. It didn't work, too oily. I reached out to the customer service, no quibble they refunded me. Since I have discovered light weight korean spf (beauty of joseon). I reordered slightly nervous I'd make a mistake. However, I could not be happier. It works best as a light coverage just slightly more than a tint. So do not buy this if you want imo a medium coverage unless you are going to use powder. I apply a small amount. I see mostly young american influencers using far far too much of the product there is no need just a small amount warmed up in fingers and apply. I do wash / wipe my hands after it is emollient. I let it dry for a couple of minutes, then apply a powder blush. It gives me a lovely evened out hydrated complexion. I love it so much I've decanted a small amount into a tiny jar to use in the day to top up hydration if I need to. You can't see it on the skin like other foundations. You have to embrace your 'flaws'. I'm european so it is how we prefer to put on makeup anyway. If I were to look like I was wearing a base I'd feel uncomfortable. The customer service is pretty good, can take a few days to respond at christmas etc. I have previously sent in a photo and they matched me.

Love the foundation, great coverage. It doesn’t leave my skin dry.

I purchased the Jones Road beauty foundation for combination skin, color beige. I have used Clinique primarily and Mary Kay occasionally in the past. I am a woman of 61 years. I have melasma on my face. I have to use facial sunscreen every day. Due to this, I battle sheen after I apply foundation. I use loose setting powder but usually have to follow it up with pressed powder an hour later. I was blown away the first time I used the Jones Road foundation. Hours later my face still looked matte after just using my loose setting powder when first applied. Not only that, but SOMEHOW it evens out my face and it just looks smooth, younger even. The product itself has some sort of technology that looks thick in the container but the second it touches your face, it melts and becomes thin...but not too thin. It is simply AMAZING. I have been converted for life to this product. I can't say enough good things about it.

It was super easy to return the product and receive the refund. I appreciate the no issues process for a product that didn't work for me.
