Throughout what was naturally a very difficult and emotional time, every member of staff I dealt with was compassionate, understanding, and highly efficient. Communication was always clear and prompt, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The team handled every aspect of the process professionally and with great care, which made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to navigate.

Erin in particular was extremely supportive throughout and always took the time to answer any questions and provide reassurance when needed. I truly appreciated the kindness, patience, and professionalism shown by everyone involved.

Really poor. Jones White arranged a call back about my case I was wanting to take with them. The call back was over 40 minutes later than agreed and after waiting for 4 days for the call back I was told that they could not take my case because of conflict of interest. Should this check not have been done on the first contact I had 3 days previously so 3 days of wasted time.

I can't begin to thank Stephanie Onweni enough for all she's done for myself and family. There was no stone she did not leave unturned to make sure we got our stay. She explained every option and always had the next step planned when one failed.
Through countless applications, several consultations, and 4 law firms, our immigration journey took 9 years to complete. Stephanie took our case at the worse it could possibly be, with detainment and deportation pending. When our case had been written off as hopeless, she worked relentlessly to get immigration bail. Almost 3 years, which included excruciatingly long waiting periods, we got our stay!

For anyone who has had a long battle with immigration, you would know how mentally draining and isolating this process can be. It can also be hard to keep up with the constantly changing laws and processes. With Stephanie, I don’t think I was ever confused and we could always rely on her because she was that trustworthy.

I will forever be grateful to her.

I opted for a free Will from McMillan and chose Jones White to draw it up.
I was anxious about drafting a new Will, however Ranisha made the task so straightforward simple and stress free. I had a video call, the draft Will was sent within a few days and have returned it signed and witnessed. Really good service and would recommend this Solicitor firm.
