Wrote a will through Mc Millian that was drawn up by Jones Whyte Edinburgh. Waited for the will to be sent to me to be signed and witnessed. Still no will after 3 weeks. I phoned and explained that nothing had been received. They said it would be sent out again. One month later and no will has arrived. Shoddy service.

They kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel like they were truly on my side. Sinead Van Greunen looked after my claim and she was nothing short of fantastic. Answered my calls (even on a Sunday in the gym, which I felt terrible about - had planned to leave a voicemail!) So supportive and kept communication flowing.
