Superb customer service

This was my first time using Joom and I am very impressed.Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I contacted their customer service, and they were excellent from beginning to end. They replied to all of my many emails, refunded me without any problems, and were very helpful throughout. Definitely an online retailer worth using. A well-deserved 5 stars — thank you! Andrey

I Love Joom

I love Joom, because they have products that I cannot get else where, and the prices are great. Shipping is always good, as I get my items on time.

Scam site

Scam site. Don't waste your cash. Very misleading info. Deck chair adverts. Received piece of cloth. 12inch x 12 inch. No way to connect seller or zoom. Never again.

This the worst most useless shopping…

This the worst most useless shopping place. First, it took forever to get delivery. Secondly, my JBL headset came in fake. I tried to refund but it doesn't work. Customer center didn't respond. I then decided to use the headset, I used just once and since then it doesn't connect to blutooth devices. I now realised I was scammed.

Zero afterservice on Joom - item return at customer's expense

I purchased a winter coat, it's described as a warm coat, but it isn't!
Since I didn't like it's design, I requested to return the item. After several days I got the answer from Joom customer service - they suggested me to ship it at my expense which is very high and makes no sense to return. Finally I had no choice but to throw it to the rubbish...
I got the lesson - it was my first and last time to buy on Joom!

I ordered same item three times

I ordered same item three times. item never came.this was over the space of three months. I tryed to get my money back. And they will not give it to me. They keeping it. I want to leave and delete app but first i want my money. I am reporting them for fruaud now.

Although it takes a long time for…

Although it takes a long time for packages to arrive, I like joom very much. Packages always without damage and complete. With joom I'm able to purchase merchandise articles and albums I cannot find anywhere else. Especially if it's tour merch, where I wasn't able to get tickets.

DO NOT order anything from this…

DO NOT order anything from this company. If you want to return anything it has to be sent back to China at your cost. Even then you are unable to contact customer support for them to give you the address to post it to. 100% DO NOT order!!!

Non-delivery, zero support

Stated item delivered when it was not.
No courier or delivery information provided.
Impossible to contact Customer Service: website loops, when form is obtained it requires emailed authorisation code to submit. Coded to close the form when email accessed.

Shoes quality was good

Shoes quality was good, but unfortunately size wasn't right. Downloaded the apps as requested to follow refund/ return policy but was giving a link to facebook . This is where they will action request which I find very odd! However logged in but when tried to request for return ..link keep freezing. Then after few attempts it was successful, however got a message to say, " we are expected high volume of messages will get back to you in 5 days !!!" Really! But realistically speaking I will not be getting a refund or instructions for return. I think this company is not fit for purpose!! Btw states online " Joom in uk" which miss leading as is based in China! Very disappointing!

Disappointing!

Ordered 2 phone covers - both arrived damaged. Customer support email address doesn't accept messages bizarrely! Trying to find the account online was unsuccessful. I think they make this difficult so that if the items were inexpensive (as mine were) you just give up.Wouldn't buy anything here again.
