Great experience and brilliant customer service! I ordered several articles during the Covid-19 situation, which obviously took longer than usual, so I reached out to their customer support.
They were very helpful, responding within the same day and providing me with the current tracking status (thank you, Katherine! :) )
Will buy there again!

I ordered an item right when Covid hit…

I ordered an item right when Covid hit and I know every business was having trouble getting shipments out, especially coming from China. I was a little frustrated, but I understood that shipments were delayed or relocated for storage because of Covid. I was told that a replacement item could not be sent right away until they were sure that the other item was not going to make it to me. Katherine, with Joopzy, kept in touch with me, thought this process and kept me informed with updates.
I might be a little more understanding then most. Don’t get me wrong I was disappointed my item wasn’t at my door step after I hit the enter key, but I understood the world was going to sh*@!
I give Joopzy 5 stars for getting me my product after an extended period of time and keeping me posted along the way even when Covid took control of the world.

I ordered a catbackpack from Joopzy and…

I ordered a catbackpack from Joopzy and was a bit worried to not recieve my goods after reading these bad reviews. I wrote to Joopzy and they assured me my order was well on its way. I could track the parcel with a link. When i saw that it had reached my local post office I finally relaxed. The goods arrived after 6 weeks on good condition!.

The cats are happy and so am I.

I ordered from them

I ordered from them, paid extra for faster shipping, it still took weeks to be delivered and to top it all off they sent it to the wrong address. Then told me it was my fault and they wouldn't process a refund!! I will never order from them again 🤬

Good experience

Even though there was a lot bad reviews I choose to take a chance. My packages came after 16 and 21 days (EU) The products are in a good quality and I'm really happy for them. I had a really good experience buying from them

SCAM ALERT! They deserve 0 stars!!!

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because no stars isn’t an option. This is a SCAM. THEY GIVE YOU FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS. Their website says 10-15 day shipping to US and then you can pay more for fast shipping. Well I payed extra and it’s been over a month and no package. They have told me “It’s shipped”. Then they said it hadn’t shipped because of Covid. Then they said wait it did ship now they said it could be April before it arrives. They are liars. They will respond via email, but they change their story. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I reported them to PayPal and even though many have complained they don’t cut vendors off, per their customer service. Seems there should at least be a warning out there.

No Christmas gift

Ordered an item from them in November as a Christmas gift. It's now Christmas and I never received it. Now I'm going to have to demand my money back from Paypal. Just read all of the reviews and you will see this company is not someone you want to buy from.

Wish I would have researched and read…

Wish I would have researched and read reviews about this company. My experience resembles many others’ reviews on this site. DO NOT BUY FROM JOOPZY. You may or may not get your product; if you do, it will take weeks and many emails to receive. Expect the shipped item to be the wrong item. Returning for a refund is not an option. And there will be no email confirmation of your original order so that you can track it.

Total scammers!!!

Total scammers and all they do is want your money. I ordered a small thing and right after that I noticed these reviews.I cancelled my order and tried to get refund but no luck so far. Paypal said they cant help before 30 days time will be over. I didnt get any invoice or email confirmation about my order. The Joopzy answered after many attempts and said they will return money but no luck so far. All they do only words about refund and every day is a new promise.
So do not buy from them and avoid this seller!

Fish died

Bought a product from these people, which was supposed to clear my pond but instead it killed my fish,and the tadpoles in my small pond turned grey and all died,I most admit they refunded my money, after I told them I will be leaving a very bad review, but my fish were worth well over a hundred pounds, the product was called algae clear so please be aware.

Joopzy is a SCAM

In April I placed an order,but didn't get a notice that it was sent until June.I requested to cancel,but they sent it anyway.I didn't need or want it any longer,so i refused the packages,but since the customs notice on the bag,said "watering can" and I knew I hadn't ordered that,I opened the bag,and it was NOT what I ordered at all,so I refused the packages,with DHL,and they returned it,to sender like they said I could do.It was sent from Singapore,and sent right back to the originating location, Singapore.I got info that it was received and signed for,etc.,since i was having Paypal help me with this,i gave them all the info.Already 3 months had passed.Paypal wasn't on my side AT ALL.They knew it was sent back,but closed my case,since Joopzy said it should have been sent to another address,in EUROPE,Georgia,that's between Russia,and Thailand.So I apparently goofed up,so no refund for me.The address that Joopzy said I should have used,I googled,and it's a property that's registered with Booking.com...a rental property !!! Therefore,that has nothing to do with deliveries.Paypal bought it,so now too bad for me !!! I have contacted my CC company,and hopefully they'll have more sense.This is robbery,and PAYPAL is ok with it.Trust me beware !!

After 3 months not here yet

Same here. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Wrote an email to them with no reply whatsoever.
All the buttons say click here for refund and none of them are clickable.
Also the shipping number is a fake website.
Guys they are laughing all the way to the bank with our hard earned money!
Sadly I paid directly with my credit card.
(Still hoping it's been shipped by sea and it's taking longer)

I placed 2 orders from JOOPZY and after…

I placed 2 orders from JOOPZY and after fighting with them for three months I filed a case with PayPal and they ended up giving me a refund on both items. So if ur willing to wait 3 months just to get ur money back then go for. I am also turning them into the BBB.

Delivered to another state!!

We order an item from Joopzy back on April 23,2020. I paid through PayPal and will be contacting them. I sent several emails to Joopzy but no response. Well the product was finally delivery today June 17, 2020 to Round Rock TX. We live in OH 😡
