And aloowed me to rebuy the product with the sale discount (first timer discount) I bouht the first one. It was the best customer service I've experience when shopping online. Well done.

Worst customer service ever
I have bought many products from Jotex of good quality. Now I ordered a large rug - with poort quality, ofcourse I want to return it and get a full refund. There is no way to contact Jotex. Submitted forma are not reacted to, even called the number of HQ - no luck. We are now 2 months further. Very dissatisfied. Please contact me, pick up the rug and refund me my money.
