Double Billing
I have raised two tickets starting back in September. Being billed twice on an account, for both Bronze and Silver. When they apply the Bronze invoice the bronze limits are applied, which we have exceeded, so the system is unusable a lot of the time. Over two months on from my first ticket and this has not been resolved (Ticket ID #31452111)

I've recently used Jotform for our company, and I enjoyed the free and user friendly interface especially for those who are code-illiterate people like me.
I love the app builder and the forms, also how tables can come into different types. Although it's a little pricey for the bronze, but I think it's worth it. :D

Very new to this type of platform…
Very new to this type of platform and am excited to be using it to get my business going! Very easy to use, but I feel that there could be SOME improvements, nothing big, though. Being able to make apps without all the crazy coding is great and already making me feel like I'm on the right track!

No hippa compliance for little guys
This form is beautiful and easy. Unfortunately, I can't give it a 5star. The only way to get hippa compliance, even if you only use 1 form 30x not 10,000.... is $100/month. So if youre a small startup massage therapist like me, you might need to look elsewhere. They dont care our budget is smaller and we are still legally required to have hippa compliant forms.

Tons of flexibility
Tons of flexibility. I was able to create exactly the form I wanted. Almost no downside. Even Stripe integration was straightforward. There's a learning curve, of course, but very easy to get up and running.

AI features & Templates are so helpful!
The AI features and templates are wonderful. I was able to create my form in just a few minutes. The website has help icons to explain features that I was not familiar with, which was extremely helpful for someone using the website for the first time.

We worked with jotform for about a year…
We worked with jotform for about a year or two then cancelled their services. We received a notification from them confirming that we cancelled our account and that we were good to go. The company owner noticed we were still being charged 3 years later. They refused to refund us for those charges and our bank would only reverse the most recent charge. I provided everything needed to prove that we had cancelled and they still did nothing.
Response: We were charged for 3 years after we cancelled!

If I could rate them less, I would. Customer service is HORRIBLE, or, more specifically, nonexistent. I’ve used this program for almost 3 years and yesterday they disabled my entire business, with NO WARNING, for using a word that they’ve banned, and I’ve been using it for almost 3 years. They refused to reinstate until they removed the word from the form I use. However, they didn’t just remove the word, they deleted the entire column and three years of data I’ve collected from over 2000 patients. There is no repercussions, no apology, just silence. They charge me over $2000 a year, because we have over 100 patients, so don’t be fooled, this program isn’t free. They nickel and dime you for everything you touch. Actually, they treat it as if it’s their business and I’m their sugar mama.

To reinstate the form, we had to remove the violating field, which was also automatically removed from the table.
