I ordered a ring in feb (UK) which was never received and still waiting on refund, many emails sent to them their reply was “please be patient” how long do I have to wait. Won’t be scammed again

Scam. Why do Visa and Facebook allow these to use their Services. Stay well clear

I ordered a bracelet. Came in and it is nothing but plastic. Very disappointed with it. It’s not what I paid for. 28.00 for a plastic dollar store bracelet. Don’t order from them. If you have report them to better business bureau. RIP OFF

I ordered a Health Crystal-Quartz IONIX Ring. I ordered this in January and finally turned up in March and it LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED !!!

Pagesite is down and I haven't recieved my Parcvel. Do not buy from them. I think it is scam.

Gave 1 because minus 10 wasn't available. Ordered a bracelet on 23rd of February. Emailed on 1st of March and told as large order would take time. One bracelet is not a large order and they are still advertising on Facebook. Website now down so assume it'd a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Unlike many previous reviewers, I am actually very happy with the experience. Placed the order on Feb 10, and received the ring on March 8, to Finland. Beautiful!

I ordered a JANSIO Threanic Triple-Spin Ring at the end of January and we are now the 8th of March 2023 and have not received this item.
I now agree that this could be a scam as when I requested a full refund they refused and replied that the shipment has already been sent and to wait another 2 weeks and if not received they will send it again. This is not good at all if I knew that it was going to take so long I would never have purchased this item in the first place.
After writing this review I received a message saying it will take 3-20 days to refund the card that I used. Please avoid purchasing anything from the organization as basically another month of waiting for a refund yet when they want payment they deduct it from your account immediately. I will always check Trustpilot reviews first before purchasing online again and suggest everyone should do the same.

Ordered January 24th arrived March 8th, add said one size fits all, it won’t even fit on my pinkie very disappointed also no instructions on how it’s used, not that I expect it to work for what you say it works for, waste of money

I ordered this ring end of December. After waiting awhile, emailed them to say not acceptable because the tracking status never changed. So received a partial refund. After waiting another month now March still no ring so they refunded me total amount. They answered all my emails promptly and refunded me in full which I was very happy, thank you.

Ordered my ring on 14th February 2023 arrived today 27th February 2023 at first I thought I had been scammed. I must say it’s not completely what I was expecting but it’s hey OK

Ordered over a month ago and nothing received. I emailed them twice to be told they were awaiting a delivery into their warehouse. 14th Feb received a tracking number. Now 26th Feb nothing on the tracking and no delivery. Complete scam

I also ordered a ring in January, needless to say nothing arrived!!! Something needs to be done about these scammers. They should be checked out BEFORE they are allowed to advertise.

Still awaiting ring or refund one month later ! Do not order anything with this company

ordered a ring 24th January and its still not despatched now thinking Ive been scammed by this company as they are slow to communicate and promised a partially refund but nothing has been received. No product and no refund rubbish company
