Ordered ARTIFICIAL FICUS TREE
Very pleased with it. Looks real, it was also well packaged. Looks fab in my room.

I ordered two pots and two spiral trees on the 10/7/2022
On the 24th August I received two the two pots no trees after a number of emails they tried to tell me that they were both delivered they were not i paid £186 for something I didn't receive stay clear they will only rip you off then try and fob you off with lies they are a fraudulent company stay well clear

Please do not order from this company, they are fraudsters. We have spent in excess of £3,000, were promised delivery by a certain date and this date has long passed. No order confirmation, no response to our enquiries, absolutely disgusting customer service.

absolute scam!! been waiting since the first week of september, its now 13th november and still have no delivery. my money has been taken, the website has closed down, and i'm receiving no more emails from joe. does anyone know how i can get my money back?

Avoid this thief. Ordered in July, its now November. Get a generic sob story every now and again about Covid causing delays. Refund the money Joe!!

Very bad, ordered a bracelet from them. Got an e-mail that it was getting delayed. Never heard anything from them again, they ignore every message and mail. The contact mail on their webpage doesn't even work.

ordered bracelets and returned them as they were faulty. Requested a refund and all emails and chats were ignored. SCAM!!

I placed an order (a bracelet for my brother’s birthday) on the 27th June. After a week or so I contacted them asking when it would be dispatched, to which they replied stating deliveries take up to 14 days. I asked to change the address as I was moving house, so I confirmed my new address, but never heard back. It’s now been over a month and no one has got back to me. Its now well past my brother’s birthday and he’s not happy. While I can appreciate we’re living in strange times, and deliveries can take a little longer than usual -however this does not excuse poor communication and bad customer service. This company should not be advertising their product as they’re consistently failing to deliver. They adopt poor ethical practice and I wish I had never placed an order with them.

More than happy with my Bracelets. It took slightly longer than expected but it's just the times we are in. Really good quality and look really nice

Same situation as the previous reviews, it’s been over a month and told it’s been delayed, it’s going to arrive in a few days etc but now I haven’t heard anything in weeks. This is a SCAM, took my money and requested a refund but still nothing has come in. They need to be shut down so that other people don’t get scammed again.

Exactly the same as other user, ordered a bracelet 3 weeks ago, received an email saying shipment would be delayed and then never heard from them again.

Absolutely ridiculous.. Purchase a bracelet over 3 weeks ago now and still nothing.. Only reply I receive is a load of bull and they do not offer a refund... Warning to not buy from these people
