I am currently in the midst of a house extension which required our water cylinder being moved. Unfortunately during its move a small dial came of and got lost. I tried all our local suppliers and online but was unable to find the part. The team at Joules customer service have been amazing and after a couple of emails with photos of the part I have been informed a new part is on its way. Extremely grateful and satisfied customer, well done Joules customer service 5☆

I recently needed to contact Joule when my water cylinder was experiencing popping sounds, from the initial contact I felt the team responded with professionalism and helpfulness, arranging to send an engineer within two weeks to investigate my issue.
When Lee arrived again he demonstrated the professionalism and helpfulness which I had previously experienced from other team members.
He diagnosed the issue which resulted in the replacement of water cylinder, this was carried out a few weeks later and again on his arrival with another colleague, Andrew, they were polite, courteous and professional, explaining to me what the work would entail and expected timescale.
They put down floor protectors and sheets prior to bringing any tools and materials into the property and then swiftly continued with the replacement.
The work was completed within the expected time frame, on completion of the replacement Lee proceeded to carry out testing to ensure everything was working fine.
My whole experience for dealing with all the staff at Joule has been excellent and would like to pass on my thanks to them all, especially Lee.

I recently had Kiel Leon attend to assess an urgent issue with my heating system cylinder and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Kiel was exceptionally professional throughout, arriving promptly and immediately demonstrating expert knowledge of the system. He took the time to thoroughly explain the problem in terms I could understand, showing genuine care and patience in addressing my concerns. Highly recommended.

Noticed my hot water cylinder was leaking, which is a different story. In terms of customer aftercare though they have been brilliant. New replacement cylinder was delivered quickly under guarantee and old one picked up after installation. Labour costs were also contributed towards. Communication was excellent via phone and emails, a special mention to Krissy, Klaudia and Daniel for making sure the matter was closed before Christmas!

As an engineer, the thing want most is a reliable product and an easy point of contact when ever an issue arises.

Joule responded quickly to the request for checking on the boiler after there is leak. The engineer who attended was professional and very friendly and clearly explained the situation. The leaking was completely stopped after the attendance.

I moved into a new build with a joule hot water cylinder installed (Evocyl 250l). Straight away there was a problem with loud popping and banging all day long. They attempted to get out of replacing it by checking my service record even though the problem was reported on day 1. None of the paperwork or stickers on the tank had been completed by the installation engineer which it clearly states must be completed. They ended up replacing the tank twice so I'm on my third cylinder but the same problem still exists. Replacing it is a big job that takes most of a day and they had my front door wide open the entire time during winter. As the engineer filled the latest cylinder it started popping immediately and he was heard swearing at it. He then turned the water temperature down lower than the recommended level to kill bugs, to try to stop it popping, and told me not to worry about it (they knew I have kids in the house!) My neighbours are having the same issue with their cylinders and Joule customer services admit it's a known problem. Avoid this company.

I had an issue with a hot water cylinder that was installed over 5 years ago. Even though I had limited service records Joules agree to replace the cylinder. I initially had to pay a small charge for the new cylinder and send the old one back for inspection. The delivery and pick up were efficiently organised and seamless. My plumber then installed the new cylinder. After about 3 weeks I received an email advising that the old cylinder had a manufacturing faulty and the charge I paid would be refunded. I also queried the installation charge for the new tank which they happily covered as well. Extremely impressed and satisfied with the whole experience from Joules. Proper company to deal with. Many thanks.
Joule supplied us with a new Samsung air source heat pump and two separate components have now failed after 2 years . However because our first service was 18 months after installation (two summers and one winter) they are refusing to honour the warranty. Either Joule are rubbish or the Samsung air source heat pumps they are selling are - or perhaps both. Don't expect Joule to be reasonable.
I had a problem after 17 months with a relay valve. Joule sent two engineers next day to resolve the problem efficiently without fuss.
I would especially like to mention both technicians that attended. They were polite, helpful, informative and a credit to the business. Would like to say well done for a job very well done. Thank you.
