High quality journal

High quality journal - in every sense!

As a beginner, journaling is quite daunting and it's always put me off as I don't know where to start. However, Journalise journals give you helpful prompts and exercises to do along the way, so you start to focus on your habits, how they make you feel, and what happens when you change them. The journal also invites you to identify where you are in your life, how content you are with various aspects, and what you would like to improve. It then gives you tools to help you make those improvements. Although I've found carving out some quiet time to spend journaling, the journal itself is brilliant. The material and paper is tactile too, so if you love stationery, you'll love these!
