I purchased a game for my pc, at half the cost of the other retailers, there were two other sites who offered similar or cheaper deals, but once reaching the payment site they would add on service charges and inflate the price, JoyBuggy didn't and stayed true to their pricing, this is the first time I have used them, and it was fast, efficient and the cheapest! Within 2 seconds of paying the CD key was available to me, I promptly registered this on my game platform and viola, it was what I ordered and came with a little extra DLC that wasn't mentioned in the description!

I will definitely be using them again if they keep their prices low.

Made a purchase from JoyBuggy a while ago using a discount code from a promo they had. Soon after this, I received an email directly from JoyBuggy Support asking me where I got the discount code, and they then tried to make me pay the discounted amount by sending me a PayPal invoice without any explanation. I've never had a more uncomfortable or gross experience with any store of any kind. Extremely unprofessional.

Exceptional Official Game Key Retailer - They honored my discounted order that I was paying for after the price changed. As soon as they notified me that my pending order price had already increased I fully expected them to say I was out of luck and move on - but they honored the fact I had started the order before the price increase. Fantastic customer experience.

Good site, keys are official but you have to create an account, no guest checkout and it's not clearly displayed so i stayed a long while on the cart not understanding why the checkout process didn't start but bonus for the klarna payement system !

Does what it says on the tin - haven’t bought a steam game in a few months so not sure if other stores do this now too, but JoyBuggy had a link which automatically input the code for me into the Steam voucher page which saved me some (lazy) hassle too

To be completely frank, I’ll always use the reseller store which has the cheapest variant of what I want to buy - but it’s great to know there’s another competitor now :)
