Poor communication and product availability
The product I ordered showed that it was available on the Joytutus website but when I did not receive it I was told it is out of stock so I could replace it with a different product. I looked on the website to see what was available and the same product was still showing available. I then chose to get a refund as there was very few items available and none would work for me. I did not get a full refund because Joytutus sent me a bag for the item I needed which is useless to me. So I was charged for a partial order on something that I cannot use. Communication was very poor as I had to track down why I was not receiving my order that showed available on the website but was not available according to the email I received after inquiring about it.

I have haven't taken the cooler out on a trip yet but so far it has worked as expected. Works well with a Jackery Explorer 500. Beware when buying this cooler when using a VISA card you will be charge $6.49 for a ISA fee. Google explanation: International service assessment (ISA) fee is a processing fee charged by Visa to merchants whenever a customer chooses to use a credit or debit card issued by a bank outside of the United States.

Best camping/car fridge
This is the second fridge freezer I have bought from Joytutus. Both work great! I bought a larger 42 size second one for my rv. It ship very fast! Love their products and customer service.

Scam company
The item ordered did not work for the application needed. I sent the item back via UPS and it was received by Joytutus. According to them a Refund was issued However the Refund has NOT been applied to the credit card used. Joytutus does not offer a phone number and they will NOT call you in order to get the issue resolved. They merely send this screen shot of a Bogus refund. We will definitely not order from this company again. We are moving towards legal steps in order to receive our money back.

This item was not at all what I ordered. I am now working to get it sent back and my money back. No one is responding I've had to involve my bank. I don't recommend this company at all and I shop online for just about everything. I feel and made a big mistake and using this company. I would appreciate it once you receive this review that someone get me a return authorization so I can send this item back and get my refund. Please don't send that you have sent reply check my spam.
