I have been doing Jaime’s Dance Fit and Circuits for several months now and I absolutely love both classes . The dance class makes me smile throughout , it’s a proper feel good class and thankfully doesn’t matter if you go wrong ( which I usually do!)
Circuits class is a great balance for all levels with mixed gender and ages ,Jaime keeps it varied and fun for all .

I love Jaime's classes. I always feel that I have achieved so much at each class but had lots of fun! Jaime cares about everyone in the class and is very attentive. There are different ways of paying for the classes - this flexibility works brilliantly for me. Plus of course Jaime is a lovely person!

I’ve recently joined the Pilates class in my local village, Jaime is really supportive and friendly. She is an excellent teacher and makes every lesson fun by using different techniques and equipment! She is always on hand to offer advice or adapt the routine to your ability. I’m so pleased there was a space available to join this class.

Jaime is amazing, she caters for all ages and abilities. Friendly sessions to suit everyone with a variety of ways to pay that make is easy for you to enjoy as much or a little as you want when you want it. I’ve already noticed how much more flexible I am from doing her Pilate classes, she makes it fun but down to you how hard you want to work and achieve your goals. WhatsApp group to keep you informed of all the classes and online links. Highly recommended 😊
