I had a fantastic experience purchasing and collecting my new car from Volvo JPMG in Cork. From the moment I made initial contact right through to the handover, the service was professional, friendly, and completely stress‑free.
The sales team were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, with regular updates and everything explained in a straightforward and transparent way.
On the day of collection, the experience was seamless. The car was presented immaculately, It really felt like they went the extra mile to make the handover special.

Sad experience waited very long for no one to see us and the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge us just sat there with her shoes off, on her phone.

Easy to deal with, promt service

I gave my Volvo car to the Bishoptown showroom last monday for some software problem and some errors showing in the display. They told me to give the car back on Friday. They called me on Thursday and told that car is ready for pick up. But when i reached on Friday car was on the same condition as i gave. I called on Saturday for an update. They told me they update in an hour. Now it's Tuesday next week until now they didn't call me or update me. When i called them in their 2 numbers, they are not answering my call. I don't know when i will get my car back. Very bad experience with this showroom especially with the service department.

The sales people for the most part. Seamus Murphy has been part of J & P for many years. He is very professional, and always welcoming.

From my 1st visit to Johnson & Perrott showrooms to view a car I saw when passing and liked I called into their showrooms and was met with a very helpful sales person. Naturally I didn't make my mind up there and then maybe after a month or so I called in again and the car was still there so we talked business then.
