I’ve asked on Instagram for my data to be removed and from the looks of it a lot of others have the same issue here on trust pilot.
After trying blocking and reporting spam on the text messages it still continues, so I’ve had to write this trust pilot review.

Hi Patryk, I don't believe I've seen a message from you on Instagram but it may be that the message just hasn't come through. If you are still experiencing the issue with SMS, please drop us a message on our Facebook page and I will be happy to sort this for you.
We don't 'spam' anyone with text messages, we send 1 a week with an opt out function but we have had issues with the opt out recently so I do understand your frustration.
We will be happy to sort this for you if you drop us another message :)
Won’t remove data
Asked multiple times for data to be removed but they never seem to do so. Text stop to their texts yet they still keep texting no matter what. Complained many of times and no better off. Asked for complaints procedure or ADR and just ignored.
