- He overcharged and charged for equipment I never received
- He never produced the EICR certificate
- He used the wrong wiring for sockets - some of them didn't work
- He rewired my lighting incorrectly - the 2 way switches no longer work
- He failed to safely install separate sockets for my oven and hob
- A qualified electrician who reviewed called him a cowboy and had to do a lot of remedial work...faults continue to be found

I'll let you decide if his statement is accurate or not.

1) He quoted me an hourly rate of £80. However after receiving the invoice, he introduced a flat rate for the installation which recalculated to £191ph. (Maybe I was a bit naive, and should have asked for more explicit rates)

2) The cost of materials were extortionate. After pressing Jordan on the cost, he shared details on his supplier. I looked into the materials further and one item he priced at £120 (pre mark-up which was another 10%), I was quoted £38 by his supplier (and I don't get trade discount)

3) Despite saying one of the reasons he cost more is due to the certificate of installation I would recieve, which he still hasn't sent (so far it's been 6 weeks and counting) Based on other reviews I doubt I'll be seeing this.

The work itself was fine.

We contracted Jordan and the JRO team for some emergency electrical work in September, and were extremely impressed with their swift response and professionalism. Jordan quickly assembled a skilled team to carry out testing and complete rewiring of our open plan kitchen within just a few days.

We contracted JRO Electrics to carryout electrical works on a Mews house we were renovating in central London . Jordan was great from our first site meeting and throughout the works he was efficient and carried out the work to a very high standard . He was also able to provide additional extensive carpentry works which again was of a very high standard . We would not hesitate to recommend Jordan and his team they were a pleasure to work with the site was clean and tidy at the end of each working day and the contract was finished on time and to the agreed budget .

Jordan and the team were great, I had a whole house renovation. Started by Jordan quoting a full rewire and ended up arranging all the works for me, with me adding on more and more jobs for Jordan each time (as you do) I am impressed with what was done. having jordan project manage this for me did help especially when I worked full time during the renovation, it was nice to have someone help arrange it.

Jordan and Lee did a great job for us. They fitted a new fuse box, added in extra sockets, put up some lights and changed switches for us. They were friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend them.

While he was pleasant it has been a challenge to live up to previous reviews l would like to give him the benefit of doubt but feel let down really 2weeks wait…..

I have booked an electrician for safety inspection in the 2 bedroom house that I was about to buy. Jordan Old done the test EICR and it's failed on many things. He charged me £480 for testing. I had to ask many times for the EICR test results and quote. Two weeks later I have received quote for full rewiring and plastering over £11,000
I had to get another electrician for second check and it's all fine with wiring 🎉 I just had to change the fuse box which cost me under £1000.
Jordan even failed the test on boiler merchant which we don't even have in the house. 🤔 all of the test EICR readings was made up out of the blue. Don't trust to what he says.🙄

Jordan came as an emergency call out. He was very efficient and sorted the problem (replaced the consumer unit and tracked the problem back to source). Really pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable; will not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Jordan was great performing an EICR report and replacing the old fuseboard with a new one.

Dedicated, knowledgable and gets the job done. Change of electricity mains board and box. Able to problem solve easily & finds a solution that works.

Very pleased. Jordan came out and fitted us some lights and a socket. No mess, no fuss, just what you expect. I would recommend.
