Found website easy to navigate and got what I was looking for quickly and also easy to complete the purchase.

Expensive delivery charges.
Good product choice. Good prices. Reasonably quick delivery but, the delivery charges for items that can't be collected is expensive. Especially as it's literally only a 15 minutes journey at the very most.
